The hotel changed us the room for an apartment which was very nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Great location. Close to Victoria Stations. Supermarkets handy.
Quite dated. Unclean. Fan covered in dust. I had to unclog the shower drain of hair and gunk so the shower didn’t overflow during our first shower. No microwave in room as stated. Rooms not serviced, as stated.

It had everything I needed as a solo traveller, also had space to keep my suitcase open and move freely in the room -Shower had good pressure and was constantly warm and also big enough to not be crammed up -bed was really comfortable -perfect location, 5min to Victoria Station and a supermarket right around the corner
just some small things -hooks in the bathroom would have been nice, I had nowhere to hang my towels (there is enough space for hooks) -very small sink, which was no big issue, I just had my toiletries bag on the toilet (also a bigger sink is not possible for the small bathroom) -no window to the outside, which I did not know whilst booking (had no big issue with it as there was a small window to the corridor so some fresh air was possible + fan to have some circulation)
