Staff was polite. Good that there was an adjustable temperature meter.
Location was good with many places where to eat around.
We were not warned before our arrival that we will be charged 200 refundable deposit. Room was not clean,dusts where everywhere. Very thin walls,could here literally everything.

The only positive is the location.
Dirty stained carpets, tiny rooms with no space for luggage. Needs renovations to get up to reasonable standard.

Despite iron and ironing facilities being included in the price, they were missing, and never arrived when requested.

The property was great. Perfect location and nice clean hotel.
The only thing that marked it down is we had no toiletries at all. Not even soap to wash your hands even though it stated on booking.com that they supplied these things

A great location and the hotel has a modern decorated feel
We asked to move from our first room as one of the twin beds was incredibly lumpy. The pillows were lumpy too. Im the first room you had to sit sideways on the toilet and the taps were so stiff they were either onor off. In the second room the bathroom door stuck and needed a good shove to open or close and the water pressure (very good water pressure!) meant the shower spun itself upwards to hit the ceiling. Its a great hotel for its location and price but theres lots of small snags/things wrong in each room.

Fabulous location - we have stayed here twice now and the location is perfect for us.
Room just a little bit small, couldnt easily move around the bed but ok for 2 nights!

Polite helpful staff . Hotel is right in the place I needed it to be and I will be using the hotel again in April 24 and maybe b4 xmas this year and the more I use the Hotel I'm sure I will get more familiar to the wider area

In a very walkable area. Bed was comfy. Staff is always present and helpful.
Super hot but they provided a fan that we requested. Lobby is tiny and no outdoor space. The lift was greatly appreciated.
