I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the apartment I stayed in (Apartment No. 7). The property was completely misrepresented in your listing and did not meet even the most basic standards of hygiene, maintenance, or safety. Upon arrival, I found the apartment in a severely deteriorated condition. The bathroom was extremely small, with multiple areas covered in rust and mold. The heating unit was leaking water despite being switched off, causing me to slip and fall three times. The ceiling showed visible mold growth, and the sink was corroded. The bathroom door was damaged with a hole in it. Throughout the apartment, doors were punctured and worn out, the air conditioner was excessively used—making loud noises and having broken internal panels. The closet door was detached, and the ceiling had visible glue marks and holes. The bed sheets were dirty, discolored, and clearly reused. The flooring also appeared to have mold. The room phone was completely non-functional. I attempted to contact reception numerous times by pressing “0” and “Reception,” but it never worked. I had to physically go downstairs three separate times just to request slippers. When I asked for a cutting board to prepare food, no one ever provided it. Additionally, the apartment had interior stairs, forcing me to carry a 17 kg suitcase upstairs. This caused me significant physical discomfort and triggered severe pain during my menstrual cycle. The entire stay was unacceptable, unsafe, and unfit for occupancy. This experience caused me considerable physical distress and emotional frustration. I am therefore requesting a full refund for this booking due to the blatant misrepresentation of the property and the complete lack of proper maintenance and service. I expect an immediate response and resolution to this matter.

For anyone sick of hotel rooms this place is a gem, with space to get work done while the fam chilled out. Location is perfect, we love the Chelsea area and all our top spots were a short walk away. The apartment had all the basics in the kitchen when we arrived which made life easier at check in to sit down for a tea and a snack, this happens so rarely it was a mark of how well managed the hotel is. Highly recommend.
There is an elevator but you may have an internal staircase or two to navigate if you have heavy bags. We left our luggage in the hallway instead of taking it up ti the bedroom and it worked fine for us.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very modern/updated. We had great space with a living area, kitchen (fully equipped), bedroom and 2 baths. The washer/dryer was also great to have access to during our stay. The whole property was very clean and very safe. Beds were also quite comfy. The staff was exceptional and helpful. Location is a little distance from public transportation but not more than a short walk. Great area. Convenient to have a grocery store and shops within 2 blocks. Would certainly stay here again.
Was a little further from the metro accesses than I expected.
