Loved the staff every 1 couldn’t do enough for you Nothing was too much trouble was made to feel very welcome. The cocktails were amazing Will definitely book another stay when we’re back in London absolutely loved every minute Thank you again you guys really know how to make your guests feel really special. Would recommend this hotel certainly 1 of the best I’ve ever been too. 5 stars

This was one of the loveliest city stays I've had. The staff was amazing, from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was lovely, and they did a fantastic job. I really loved my room (and it wasn't one with a view) for the comfort and the space. The shower was fantastic. The bed was truly wonderful (and they offer them for sale). And the thing that trips me up most often... the pillows were wonderful. I will absolutely be looking into seeing if I can get those as well. I also enjoyed the restaurant Oscar's and sampled and enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and supper there. (I stayed for a week and didn't always have meal plans) Location could not possibly have been better. I had a lot of work to do when i was in the hotel between visits with friends etc. So I ordered tea and dessert to the room a few afternoons (they also have a proper tea, but it was too much for one) and it was lovely. I really appreciated that, along with the tea steeping for me, they had a pot of just hot water to add in a container that actually kept it hot.
I can't think of anything, honestly. And had there been anything to complain about, I have absolutely no question that the staff would have immediately remedied it.

The hotel is amazing. Our room is beautifully decorated into its finest detail.
The bar staff were great but slow and thought it would be nicer if they had someone playing the piano or something similar. The music from the DJ was too loud and luckily we were by the bar so we can hear each other talk

Excellent location for our needs, pleasant room with comfortable mattress, well equipped and quiet. We slept well. The public spaces are nicely furnished and decorated. The front staff on door and reception were professional, friendly and helpful.
The television signal kept cutting out meaning that we were restricted to the main channels, not great when you are paying these kind of prices. I did miss having tea & coffee facilites in the room. The breakfast is not great value, £5 for one cup of coffee and no free refills and in an near empty room we were seated by a group and by the door to the kitchen. The small tables in the bar are solid meaning that there was no where to put our legs, such a pretty room and maybe the window seats are different but it wasn't comfortable enough for us to stay for a second drink. The way that the final bill was displayed with service on the room and service on every item ordered (breakfast, room service) was difficult to read.
