1) Staff, exceeded expectations. 2) Location, close to my office and lovely to walk around. 3) Oscars for morning meetings, everyone in town seems to know it. 4) Residents lounge for quiet meetings with tea.
I really liked everything but for the sale of filling out this question: the shower in our loft room was nice and powerful but really tiny.

This was one of the loveliest city stays I've had. The staff was amazing, from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was lovely, and they did a fantastic job. I really loved my room (and it wasn't one with a view) for the comfort and the space. The shower was fantastic. The bed was truly wonderful (and they offer them for sale). And the thing that trips me up most often... the pillows were wonderful. I will absolutely be looking into seeing if I can get those as well. I also enjoyed the restaurant Oscar's and sampled and enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and supper there. (I stayed for a week and didn't always have meal plans) Location could not possibly have been better. I had a lot of work to do when i was in the hotel between visits with friends etc. So I ordered tea and dessert to the room a few afternoons (they also have a proper tea, but it was too much for one) and it was lovely. I really appreciated that, along with the tea steeping for me, they had a pot of just hot water to add in a container that actually kept it hot.
I can't think of anything, honestly. And had there been anything to complain about, I have absolutely no question that the staff would have immediately remedied it.

Charlotte St is such a stylish Hotel. It has welcoming and helpful staff, a great location and beautiful rooms. Both the in room dining and restaurant food was fabulous. Staff made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveller.

The room had no coffee making facilities. When we asked about this we were told it would be £10 per day for the hire of a coffee machine.
