Great location and staff were very friendly
The room was underground level and space was a lot smaller than describe when booking. When sitting on end of bed the bed lifted with the headboard. You can hear the tube vibrations which you get use to if staying for more than one night.
The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great, a lot of dust and under the bed hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom was fine. In the morning we were woken up by the house keepers talking loudly and their phone ringing out loud.

Location
Went to book in at 1400 told to come back in half a hour , went back two hours later still not ready waited another half a hour then when finally got in room was crawling with ants and had to move hotels, lady on reception didn’t even show any concerns.

Bed was comfortable
Room much smaller than expected such that there was barely any space to put our luggage. No lift and stairwell was very narrow. Sink was partially choked so drained very slowly and there was this constant ticking noise next to the bed. Staff said they could not do anything about either and could not put us in another room as well. Very disappointing.

This room was tiny, had two twin beds and we were barely able to get our luggage in the room. It was a small square box with absolutely no room at all! The room also had absolutely no windows. We had to kill two bugs in the room that looked like ticks. They supplied you with one bath towel each, which was large and nice, but no washcloths and no hand towel towels. The hotel had no elevators/lifts and we were in the basement so we had to lug our luggage downstairs, help was not offered, we’ve just been on a cruise and we had quite a bit to take down the stairs and then up in the morning when we left. however, the location was amazing. It was very close walking distance to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar,Square, and it was quite nice to be able to get out and walk around without having to worry about getting taxis or public transportation.
Maybe have the hotel staff offer to help with luggage when it’s too older ladies having to take it downstairs and then up again. Hand towels and washcloths would’ve been very nice.

Location. Shower was hot with good pressure.
Total misrepresentation of a superior room. Double bed against window and two walls, little hanging space, so small we couldn’t fit in our luggage. No lift, so our party of 4 65+ years struggled withe the stairs to the 3rd snd 4th floors respectively. Air- conditioning did not work. Room so small we couldn’t access the tea making facilities. On our last morning, pulling up the sheets to tidy, found an unpleasant stain on the mattress. We were not happy with our stay and the response from management was filled with meaningless platitudes.

Great location just a quick walk from Victoria and a nice stroll for sightseeing. Room was well furnished with a great bathroom and shower.

The rooms were clean and compact, enough for 2 people. Price was very good considering it was London.The staff were lovely and very helpful, it's a great place to stay in London if you are looking for a place to rest and refresh.
Some of my family complained that the rooms were too small, including the bathroom, I was happy with the level below the ground floor room. The bathroom was an excellent size, and the bedroom was enough to place your bags on the floor and rest on the bed.

10/10 – Highly Recommended!
We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the rooms were really comfortable – exactly what you need after a busy day in London. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with anything we needed.
The location is fantastic – just a short walk from Victoria Station, making it really easy to get around the city. There are plenty of great local places nearby too, from cafés to restaurants and shops.
We’d definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in London. Top marks all round!

Hotel cancelled last minute and Booking.com did not refund my full fee. Extremely painful customer service experience. There's no way a customer should have to repeatedly chase to get money back when the hotel cancels the booking, and even after a huge amount of effort I still haven't got the full money back. I guess that's what they hope for, that they just grind you down until you give up. Really poor.

Staff lovely. Good location. Clean.
Ridiculously tiny single room. No cupboard or drawers or wardrobe. Teeny bedside table I could only balance kettle on. Not enough floor space to open suitcase and use as wardrobe. Ill fitting blind so sun comes in early. No accountability when I contacted them before doing this review. Horrible heavy wooden folding door to bathroom that took up even more space when open and banged my legs on. At £110 per night I expected more space.
