I did not like it at all! It had a horrible smell all over the building and the bedroom. Also the shower was not like in the pictures. There was just a dirty curtain separating the toilet from just a hole on the floor for a shower. Only the location was good.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Located within walking distance of an underground station. Other attractions such as Buckingham palace only a 10 minute walk away. Great value for central london. Room was clean, nice shower.
Our room was on the top floor. Access via 5 flights of narrow stairs. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The mattress and pillows were very firm. Only 1 channel BBC2 on the tv. No free wifi. Hairdryer cut out due to overheating after 2 minutes of use.

The location in Pimlico was convenient with some good bars and restaurants nearby, and it was handy for the #24 bus to Westminster and Camden Town.
The room was small with no space for luggage and there was no storage room downstairs. We had to pay 5 for poor Wifi service.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant area, just a few minutes walk from Pimlico and Victoria stations.
The room itself and the bathroom were rather small but fairly clean (apart from a string of cobweb stretching across the ceiling). The beds were comfortable and there was a decent storage place with quite a few coat hangers. It's absolutely enough if you only need basic facilities and spend most of your time outside.
- Towels were changed daily even though we didn't request or need it.
- There's no AC so it easily gets really stuffy inside.
- There's an additional fee for WiFi.
- The hairdryer in our room was broken.
- You have to turn on the ventilation in the bathroom on your own and the button is pretty high up.
- The staff seems very tired and irritated by any kind of interaction with customers.
