It all started even before arrival, which they make sure to personalized and make your stay special and memorable as possible. I would personally like to appreciate and thank all the amazing workers for the phenomenal hospitality, and especially some specific representatives who went above and beyond for me. Sabrina the manager, who greeted me on arrival and assisted me with everything including everything during all my stay, Joey from reception who greeted me even before arrival with all the arrangements, Misato from reception which also greeted me on arrival with a top-notch service. The amazing night manager. Of course, how can I not mention the most dedicated and professional butler in the world - Grover, which was there for me 24/7 for everything I needed. In addition, thank you so much for the lovely concierge who assisted me with so much warmth to book restaurants in London. Lastly the spa team which made me feel like I entered a true paradise, and the talented therapist who provided me a relaxing and energizing treatment. I will definitely visit Bvlgari Hotel again and without a doubt it's the best hotel in London.

Location: near Harrods, Sloane street for shopping, near a lot of restaurants Staff: friendly and helpful Hotel: clean, modern. I love the swimming pool, spa and sauna. Foods are quite good (not really excellent but not bad).
We stayed here during Christmas. I expected a big Xmas tree which is decorated festively. However, I only saw a small tree compared to the level of brand Bvlgari and other 5-star hotels in London.
