Bvlgari Hotel London is the true definition of perfection in every aspect you can ever imagine.
It all started even before arrival, which they make sure to personalized and make your stay special and memorable as possible.
I would personally like to appreciate and thank all the amazing workers for the phenomenal hospitality, and especially some specific representatives who went above and beyond for me.
Sabrina the manager, who greeted me on arrival and assisted me with everything including everything during all my stay, Joey from reception who greeted me even before arrival with all the arrangements, Misato from reception which also greeted me on arrival with a top-notch service. The amazing night manager. Of course, how can I not mention the most dedicated and professional butler in the world - Grover, which was there for me 24/7 for everything I needed.
In addition, thank you so much for the lovely concierge who assisted me with so much warmth to book restaurants in London. Lastly the spa team which made me feel like I entered a true paradise, and the talented therapist who provided me a relaxing and energizing treatment.
I will definitely visit Bvlgari Hotel again and without a doubt it's the best hotel in London.

Rooms and Staffing faultless.
Relatively poor choice of plant-based options at breakfast. Compared to the likes of the Mandarin Oriental next door, there were only 2 or 3 choices for plant-based folk at breakfast.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are spectacular. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I've experienced at a hotel. As for the food, it was delicious whether you got in-room dining, ate in the lounge or their beautiful restaurant. But the best part: their staff will go above and beyond to meet the requests of the guests.

The Bulgari Hotel helped me with my proposal to my now fiancé. The staff was outstanding and responsive. Our reception there by the staff outclassed my expectations. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating and professional.
The room was spectacular. Spa is excellent and beautiful. Massage therapists are world class. Dinner and breakfast was, as expected, delicious and beautifully made.
The cleaning staff decorated our room with roses and candles when we went for dinner which was an amazing touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to everything you need—yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and delicious options.
