They mention that youve to pick up keys before 8pm in booking but in reality all building and room doors are accessible with passcode that they will provide for you the day of the reservation which is nice! Location is 2 min walk to train station as well. There is laundry room in the basemen. Professional staff over Whatsapp. There is no reception at the building, but if needed you can always Whatsapp them.

Communication with management was convenient and response to questions and requests were timely. Location was great - easy access to the tube, grocery and good restaurants.
Would be great if the shower area had a shampoo niche or ledge. It was inconvenient having to access the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel containers on the floor. Would also be great if there were more hooks to hang towels and clothes.

The unit was well equipped, with lovely plush towels and comfy duvets. The suite’s location was superb, right across from the train/ underground station, making for easy movement during our stay. There was an assortment of goodies and a welcome note on our arrival which was a nice added touch. Hosts were responsive and respectful.
The view is lacking, but the convenience of the station more than made up for it.

Perfect location for visiting London. Tidy modern studio with all that's needed for a short stay. All is clean and in good state. Service for luggage storage available after the check out.
It was not an issue for us, but there is no privacy between the bed and the sofa-bed. You can hear the metro trains passing time to time.

Perfect stay, the apartment is big, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you might need. The location is perfect- walking distance to many sights, and literally right across the street from the rail and tube. When we ha d a minor issue with the shower, they repaired it immediately.

It's a bit noisy as it's next to Farringdon Station, and the train announcements are loud. But apart from that it's absolutely marvelous. I'm trying to rebook for next week, I liked it so much.
