Wonderful
The location was fab! Clean and quiet exactly what we need for a nights stay over!
The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Very Good
A nice and very clean little hotel! The location towards Tube and buses is really good.
The breakfast room is way too small. After the first morning we decided to have breakfast at restaurants. The breakfast ist simple, but does its job. In the end the breakfast was the topic we enjoyed least.

Fair
Location was good, near to Mary Ward conference centre where I was attending a conference. It was clean, tea & coffee making facilities good.
The room was tiny! It was a single bed as expected but the mattress was not good and I struggled to sleep. There was nowhere to hang clothes and the room felt claustrophobic. I certainly wouldn't stay in that room again, I expect the doubles were better
An average or large man would not fit or a taller, larger woman . Luckily I'm average build and 5ft 3in. Breakfast was adequate, no cooked but choice of cereals yoghurt, croissants etc.

Good
Great location to getting about London.
Small room and poor layout of bed made sleeping uncomfortable for someone just over 6ft.

Pleasant
Early check-in was no problem. Location is good.
Room too little, no air conditioner. Breakfast not worth the price.

Disappointing
Good location and very clean
Crammed, red hot room with no working air conditioning although there was a fan in the room it did not do much at all but blow warm air around.
Bathroom was tiny but was clean.
Staff werent all that friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was very poor, more than happy with a continental breakfast but the choice was abysmal! Cereal and juices fine but they should be more on offer than croissants and slices of the same cheese. Not good value for money at all and wont be staying again. The pictures make it look 5* which it is definitely not, very disappointed.

Very Good
Over all this was an excellent hotel. The room was clean, staff were friendly and the hotel was situated in a central location within walking distance of Oxford street.
The breakfast was a little simple. It wasnt bad, there just wasnt too much to it. The times were also very early as you had to done by 09:30. Not great for people who like to sleep in. Could extend it to at least 10:30 which is far more common for hotel breakfasts.

Location, breakfast, staff
2nd floor room always hot ( there was a heat wave on ) and although there was a fan in the room it was not powerful.
Also no cool water in shower

Wonderful
Room was clean and comfortable, great location for our theatre trip as the Shaftesbury Theatre was within 10 min walking distance. Also hotel was only 2 stops from Euston.
