Excellent location, with Victoria Underground Station just a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities in the surrounding area. The best part is the reception staff. They are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist guests.

The location was great. It is very close to the Victoria Coach station and rail station. Many great sights such as the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby are easy to walk to from the hotel

Very Poor
Not much worst place I have ever stayed.
I found this place way overpriced and the room they gave us was in the basement part and out our window they stacked all the garbage and laundry bags that every night they got hauled away @ 2 am waking us up. This place should only be rated a one star not a three star.

It was very comfortable and the breakfast offering was excellent with plenty of choice.
The plunger in the sink was not functioning properly and the toilet cistern was leaking water into the bowl and somewhat noisy

The Best Western Victoria Palace is lovely hotel in a great location near Victoria Station,staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of main attractions in London.

The room is clean and comfortable. A simply breakfast spread but good enough. Away from the hustle and bustle of the busy London city centre but close enough to the Victoria Station.
