Location was good for what we needed to do
When we checked in it was obvious to the staff that we were elderly yet they put us on the Third floor of the annex which has no lifts. The stairs were extremely steep and the two of the steps were not standard height. I would have expected that we would have been switched to the ground floor in the annex or to the main hotel. The room itself was tiny and hot. The air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn’t hear the TV.

Location was great for the theatres, could have done with water in the rooms especially for the cost, but other wise all good and an opening window/door was great.
No bottled water in the room.

Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Hotel was clean and quiet.
Breakfast. Was poor food had obviously been cooked well in advance. The staff cleared things away at 9.30 when breakfast was served til 10

Its location was close to the things we wanted to see.
The room was very small for the price BUT if we hadn’t had the beds pulled apart into 2 twins it might not have seemed so small.

Location is very covenient.
The suite was located in the annex building and, unfortunately, fell somewhat short of our expectations. It was spacious, however the décor and furnishings felt somewhat dated and showed noticeable signs of wear.

Friendly staff, we were able to drop out bags earlier than check in time. Clean room. Close to Victoria station.
There were some loose wires showing in the bathroom above the mirror which looks a little iffy in a room with an abundance of water.
