Location is very good, with close access to Victoria Station and other transportation..
Rooms are bit too small if there are more than one person staying in the room..

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't quite ready but we were a bit early. They took our bags and they were in our rooms when we returned. Provided us with an iron and board quickly and promptly.
We stayed for two nights. So we just needed a place to sleep and shower really. Rooms was a bit small but again, didn't spoil anything because it wasn't like a week's holiday. The rooms were on the warm side. There was air con though.

The front desk staff that checked us in really made our stay memorable. He did everything possible to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and is a true asset to your hotel. Unfortunately I did not get his name but hope you can find out who it was from our check in.

Small room but fine for solo business travel. Comfy room, decent location (for me), air con/heating was fine, good shower. Comfy bed and pillows. 24hr shop outside for emergency Pringles. Charging. Safe included at no extra cost. Desk for laptop. TV. Good wifi. Clean. Staff were lovely.
Nothing negative to say given the price. Can't complain.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Good selection of tea, coffees and biscuits.
It would have been nice to have a shelf or bedside table to put glasses/phone on while in bed.
For tall people there might be limited headroom as the ceiling slopes as the room is in the roof.
