The room was exceptionally clean & all the basics were there
The room was extremely small. The bed took up the whole room and we knocked into the bed all the time. The mirror was too high for me in the bathroom and the only mirror on wardrobe doors was in a very awkward place.

Good location close to theatres etc Friendly staff.
Room was small. Difficult for 2 people to get ready around each other in the space! Quite expensive for small room with no breakfast.

Nice but small room, everything you need for a solo traveller. Comfy bed, got upgraded to a twin room so loads of towels etc. good location, shops, restaurants, cafes, felt fairly safe. Price i paid for 2 nights was £152. Great value
Nothing really. Totally fit the job for my stay . Sick of trailing up and down to victoria tube but would have to stay more central.

Staff were very welcoming when we arrived. They couldn't do enough for us. Hotel was spotless, beds were comfy the sheets were crisp and fresh. Bathroom was a nice size. More than enough room for me and my two sisters. Location superb. Would definitely stay here again.
The stairs. Heavy suit cases and narrow passage made it difficult.. okay for us 3 sisters though. Hotel stay
