The staff were very kind and friendly. The service was good and welcoming.
There was no elevator, and we had to walk up four floors, which was inconvenient.

Location
Apartment was a bit shabby, bathroom shower leaked and dripped constantly. Only 2 power sockets worked in the whole Apartment.

The room itself was fine, but the sound insulation was very poor. You could clearly hear noises from outside and nearby rooms, which made it difficult to relax. Also, the door didn’t open properly several times during the stay.

Perfect location for London half marathon, staff were accommodating ensuring we had a room with microwave for our dinner and allowing me to use breakfast facilities in the morning for my own pre purchased food
