Wonderful
The location is perfect and the staff was really friendly. Air-conditioning worked well.
Not enough free space to work on luggage. The toilet brush was filthy. We cannot close door to the restroom.

Location was great, it is very close to Victoria train station, perfect if you are connecting and flying from Gatwick Airport early next morning.
The room was tiny and very uncomfortable for two people, but I guess that is the best you can get for that price in London.

Wonderful
The room was a little small and dated, but the bed was excellent, the air conditioning worked great, and the very friendly and informative staff made for a pleasant stay; the hotel is also conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station, in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafés.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were greeted and given information quickly. We greatly appreciated the air conditioner in the room and the beds were comfortable.
The room we had (family room - one full and one twin) was very crowded. It seemed like a normal size room with an extra bed in it. It worked out because we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but it would have been more comfortable if the desk/chair was removed to allow some space to move about.

The room was very nice. Small but well equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They offered to suggest restaurants and help us get to the airport when we left.
Everything was as expected. The only downside is that it was around 10-15 minute walk from Victoria Station. We were traveling with my father who has limited mobility so that wasn't great for our needs.

NOTHING. the location is lamentable, the property is a trap, the room absolutely horrible, going there feels like the end of life itself, depressing to an extreme, and the staff knows it, the room is nothing more than a corridor connected to a corner where they placed a tiny bed by the wall, no space to move in any form, no where to pace the luggage, you have to move sideways, the shower cabinet is tiny my elbows kept hitting the shower door no matter how carefully I moved, I had to sleep in my clothes, the bed sheets cleanliness very questionable, the room was damp the sheet smelled, I had to use a tshirt to wrap the pillow to pass the few hours of the night after I arrived, I was up at 7, and our looking for another hotel. when I told the receptionist I was checking out early he smiled like he won 200 pounds,

The room was small but perfect for just what we needed. It was very ciean and it was quite. I like that they had breakfast but unfortunately we did not get to try it.
The location and the price were the best part. If you are not going to spend time in the room other than sleep and shower the size of the room is perfect. I like that they had a lot of little restaurants close but the area was not loud.

Great location and convenient to everything in a quieter area. We stayed in the loft on the third floor and while there was no elevator the staff did not hesitate to help with ALL of our bags. The day we left they came on time to assist us down. There was AC which was great as it was hot! Room was clean and while small, it was well laid out for a family set up of one full bed and one twin. Please when traveling to Europe accept that it is not the US and rooms and spaces are much smaller than you think you need.
The shower is very tight and a larger person may be uncomfortable. The stairs were fine but they are steep compared to the US as noted by someone in my group, but I was used to them from having just visited with family in another area.

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
Quite a bit of walking to get to sites. The best way was to walk to Victoria Station then take a bus to main sites.

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. They charged us top price (close to $400 per night) and we were given a room in the basement next to the kitchen. We were awakened by the noise from the kitchen around 6 am.
