Room not clean well specially bathroom alot of hair and molds there. Towels color already brown and still served to the guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me carry my bags to my room which was across the street from the office. The room and bathroom were big enough. The location was pretty good.
It didn’t seem especially clean. There was spackle?or grout? On the sink and carpet, as though someone had recently done careless renovations. There was a loud mechanical sound outside the window pretty constantly so I had a hard time sleeping. I had planned on staying another day but moved on because of the noise.

The staff were lovely. Arranged a car service to Heathrow, which was very comfortable with MUCH better priced than the usual black cabs. Location amazing, 5 min walk from Victoria station, but still quiet at night. Breakfast was simple but good.

The elevator is out of service most of the time, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up the narrow stairs.

Nicely appointed room with coffee maker. Nice bathroom. Excellent location, near St. James' Park and Victoria Station.
Our rooms were up a few flights of stairs and unfortunately the elevator was broken. Luggage was carried down if required.

Room is very clean, staff are kind, available and helpful. Very quiet. Few minutes walk from Victoria station.
The room is small - I know it is like that in big cities, yet, I didn't like it.

It got off to a rough start, placed across the street in an annex bldg where the TV didn’t work nor did the phone to connect with the main hotel. They did finally get me another small room in the main bldg where everything worked. Breakfast was reasonably priced and excellent full English breakfast served. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It’s a good place to stay if you need to be local to a main station like Victoria and close to the tubes and bus lines. I did the Hop on bus tour that was quite a close walk from the hotel. They booked me a taxi to Heathrow with no problems. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was one of the best I've seen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had 2 rooms available and offered to show me so I could chose which I wanted. The room was very small but adequate - I was only there one night in transit. It was perfect for what I needed.
