Location is great, staff were nice
Windows are very thin so if you’re staying at the front of the hotel you will hear everything during the night, also when we opened the fridge there was a rotten apple in it so that wasn’t nice

Friendly staff and we were grateful they had the room ready for us efore 3pm as we arrived at midday. Clean shower and pleasant room
There was a noise that was intermittant. It sounded like a boiler, or a pump? Thankfully it didn't disturb our sleep as I had brought ear plugs, but it was a bit unsettling.

The location was the best part, as quite central to Victoria Station and Underground, so made it easy for commuting to where we went over 2 days.
The room was quite compact. In fact, shower/toilet was bigger than expected when comparing to room received.

I booked this for my son and his girlfriend as they booked in the Orban Victoria Hotel just down the road. When they FaceTimed me and showed me the disgusting state of that room I said you are not staying there. That’s why book here. And they loved and will be definitely returning and we will also be recommending your hotel to family members and friends. Thank you.
