Annex is away from the main hotel. You actually have to go to another road. Although it is not far away

Location was great, it is very close to Victoria train station, perfect if you are connecting and flying from Gatwick Airport early next morning.
The room was tiny and very uncomfortable for two people, but I guess that is the best you can get for that price in London.

Lovely comfortable clean air conditioned room with a good sized shower. Breakfast was a great selection.
The cooked breakfast was not very warm.

Amazing location, friendly professional staff. Air conditioning
Door to room didn't seem to fit well, so a little anxious about safety. Water in shower took ages to go down, assume plughole needs cleaning. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

The room was a little small and dated, but the bed was excellent, the air conditioning worked great, and the very friendly and informative staff made for a pleasant stay; the hotel is also conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station, in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafés.

Location was excellent, lovely bars, restaurants and amenities. 30 mins walk to Westminster sights and was about 20 mins walk to the theatre
Our room was next to the kitchen so was noisy from early in the morning
