Staff was kind and helpful. Bed was comfy, room was clean and recently renovated.
Room in annex was outside the main building on 4th floor without elevator having to climb up narrow and deep stairs but the staff was kind and helped with luggage. The room was very tiny and no phone to reach reception.

Ample breakfast, comfortable accommodations and excellent location.
I had a street side room and there was a bit of noise but it didn't bother my sleep.

Staff wre pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom tiny and foom below street level but the service provided by staff was excellent.

The elevator doesn’t work we had to carry luggage up two flights of skinny steps causing back pain and an uncomfortable night sleep

Staff at check inn were amazing. Gave me a room on a lower floor without any issue. Room very quiet and clean. This was in the annex. Breakfast room very pleasant staff very friendly and food hot and tasty.

The experience was great. I made the mistake of booking a two bed room instead of a double bed one. I asked them if it would be possible to fix it. Not only did they fix my mistake, they did it with no extra charge. Breakfast is a must, it was great. The people working there are womderful and helpful!! 10/10

Wonderful
The front desk staff was exceptional. Warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a great restaurants within 2-3 blocks. Victoria station is a 8-10 minute walk. The bus#24 picks up and deops off around the corner. Its a nice quiet neighborhood.
The elevator wasn’t working but the staff helped with luggage. It was a bit further than the main tourist sites, which is positive or negative depending on what you want to do.
