People were nice. The breakfast was good. The room was small but adequate.
The room was way too hot. The position of the AC does not allow the AC to cool the room properly. It was very hard to sleep because the room was so warm.

Located a few minutes walk to & from Victoria Station. Speedy check in . English breakfast was good. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous.
Narrow elevator . Room and bathroom very narrow . Very dusty on top of wardrobe and under bed. Water flow at standing bath very slow

Wonderful
I picked this hotel due to the value for money and location. We saw a show at the Apollo Victoria theater in the evening and wanted something walking distance. The hotel is not cheap of course but compared to other hotels in London city center very good value for money. Nice neighborhood also to walk around and easy access to transportation.
The room was small as can be expected but was clean, nicely decorated and had nice amenities (Coffee/tea and even a microwave). Nice warm shower and clean bathroom.
The breakfast was good - the breakfast room is small but the space is used in an optimal way and all the basics are present from English breakfast to granola to bread.
The staff was extremely friendly and tries to accommodate early check-ins, helps with luggage etc.
Note that we had no noise from the outside but could hear people walking/talking by our room quite clearly. This depends maybe on which room you have and didn't bother me but would recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive or request a room at the top/away from other rooms.

The location was good, but my room was in the annex and it was like a cupboard! I could hear the noise of the people around me all night.
The facilities were not good, the only good thing was that it was near to Victoria Station, but even that was about a ten minute walk.

The location is excellent. Chose this hotel because of it's proximity to London Victoria Station. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. We were able to walk to Buckingham Palace, a place that has previously eluded us. Breakfast was very good.
My only complaint was they advertise a coin-op laundry onsite. This is no longer an option. Managed to get our washing done across the road, but I think they need to remove this option from their website.

Very clean, wonderful staff, nice breakfast. Excellent, convenient location.
My only small complaint was that the room had a view of a brick wall. But honestly, the kindness and friendliness of the staff completely made up for that and we didn't mind at all.

Apartment was a bit shabby, bathroom shower leaked and dripped constantly. Only 2 power sockets worked in the whole Apartment.
