Very Good
Location was excellent, so close to Victoria Station, beds were comfy, shower was a bit compact but did the job and the place was very clean and tidy. Didn't have the breakfast as there are so many places close by to avail of, so cant comment on that. Would definitely go again.

The staff were very helpful especially with my heavy case and carried it for me from the main hotel to my room in the Annex. Although small, the single room was very clean. The AC worked extremely well and the shower room was good. The location was great for me as it is near Victoria Station and is a lovely area to explore. The staff at another Best Western were extremely helpful to me when I turned up there by mistake. A great little stay, thank you.

Strategic location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff and powerful air conditioning.
Sometimes air condition stops and get too cold (not consistant). A but tight space for big luggages.

We didn't have breakfast. Staff were very hospitable and welcoming.
Wasn't aware we were going to get a basement room with barely any windows. The room had a very strong musty damp smell and as someone who suffers from asthma it wasn't ideal at all. The cost didn't reflect the quality of room.

windows need blinds and proper blackout curtains. Sunrise in London in the summer is 5am and the sun / light gets into the room and wakes me up from 4:50. the curtain cannot properly close. the room needs proper blind and functioning curtains toilet sit had a damage and looked like dirty. should be replaced, looks disgusting

Lovely hotel, really nice room. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good size and everything seemed clean.
No fridge, and it would be nice if the room had some essentials for the stay such as toothbrushes. Also the shampoo and conditioner were 2in1
