People were nice. The breakfast was good. The room was small but adequate.
The room was way too hot. The position of the AC does not allow the AC to cool the room properly. It was very hard to sleep because the room was so warm.

Breakfast was average. Staff very helpful and polite. Shower dangerous. Cubicle very small. The door opened inwards so if there was a slip in the shower, it would be almost impossible to get the person out.
Shower. Would not stay at this hotel again. Position was quite central.

I liked that it had 3-bed rooms. The staff was really helpful, the housekeeping was great.

Very Good
The main thing which makes this hotel stand out is the service. All staff were friendly, attentive and went the extra mile. We were shown to our room and given bottles of water which was gratefully received. The rooms are air conditioned and very comfortable. There was a small fridge and even a microwave. The location was excellent, being a very short walk from Victoria Station, and there were lots of amenities and attractions close by.
The room was small, however as expected for the price and location. There was some maintenance required, for example the toiletries had fallen off the wall in the shower. There were no glasses in the room for a drink, however I'm sure if we had asked, these would have been forthcoming.
