It was a very clean property and good location to stores and victoria station where u can get anywhere
The breakfast wasnt great the hot food on a buffet is supposed to be 63degrees and it wasnt even half that. Wasnt worth £13.95

Facilities in bedroom provided everything we needed for our short stay. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Efficient use of limited space on fourth floor of a typical London terrace house. Apparently v. recently modernised. Were told we had been upgraded from our originally allocated room in an annex building close by but not adjacent to the main building. We were delighted with the result but have not experienced the 'annex building' so can't comment on a booking there. Did not take breakfast - slightly disappointing that there was no opportunity for something less extravagant than a full breakfast buffet.

Location is nice.
The bathroom is tiny, and the room feels like a hostel. It only fits a bed, and the price of £112 is outrageous. There's no elevator, and when I asked about water, the employee told me to drink the bathroom water. Unbelievable and disgusting.

Location is great, staff were nice
Windows are very thin so if you’re staying at the front of the hotel you will hear everything during the night, also when we opened the fridge there was a rotten apple in it so that wasn’t nice
