Good central location close to Victoria. On a walking distance of several highlights such as Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. Friendly staff.
London rooms are usually small so no surprise here. But the room just felt dirty. The walls are right next to the bed, but the walls were full of questionable stains. Not pleasant to lie right next to. Also there were items from previous guests still in the room and closet. So raises quite some questions on how thorough they clean between guests.

The room was lovely - no space to work from within hotel. The noise from above was a sleepless night . The great concierge staff did move me to a top floor room which was lovely and well appointed .
When I initially complained about the noise this was not received well. However I made it clear that it is not acceptable and then it got sorted. I would have liked to be able to work quietly some where out side of the foyer as the foyer is small and busy.

Bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was fantastic! Loved the size of the bathroom and shower for a single room. Quiet and easily accessible. Good WiFi, good TV, 10/10 stay.
