Wonderful
I stayed with my sister for two nights. The reception staff was extremely helpful and kind in changing rooms for a larger one, without problems or hesitation. While we waited for the room to be available, they offered us two bottles of water, a very appreciated gesture. The rest of the staff in the hotel was kind and friendly, the rooms were clean, and especially the bathroom was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had so many options to choose from. There was an open kitchen, where you could see how clean and tidy everything was. The location was also convenient, just a few minutes walk from the metro and buses. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time it was more than deserved. Highly recommended!

Couldn't make a nice cup of Tea from the machine/Kettle as the hot water wasn't hot enough in the room and at Breakfast time.

the size, comfortable, new area, close to station and theatre
you had to walk past it to go to reception to come back (2/3mins) there was workmen outside our window, noises coming from the bathroom.

The hotel is located not far from Victoria Station, on a relatively quiet street - in my opinion the location was excellent, you can easily reach Buckingham Palace and Big Ben (about a 20 minute walk) and there is a train and tube 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were reasonable.
We slept in the annex building, the room was very, very small. We had two small trolley suitcases and there was no room to open them both at the same time. The shower was even smaller, there was room to stand, but not to move... Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, only narrow stairs. There were stairs in the room too, which was very strange in such a small room.

value for the price was okay
the room was clean
you can hear everything happening on the same floor, completely could hear people in other rooms which was really annoying
most of the staff were rude and unfriendly
I paid £60 to change the room from a double to a twin which was extortionate
no lift in the building so had to go up three floors by stairs
there was no shelves or anything in the bathroom so had trouble finding a place for toiletries
