Wonderful
I picked this hotel due to the value for money and location. We saw a show at the Apollo Victoria theater in the evening and wanted something walking distance. The hotel is not cheap of course but compared to other hotels in London city center very good value for money. Nice neighborhood also to walk around and easy access to transportation.
The room was small as can be expected but was clean, nicely decorated and had nice amenities (Coffee/tea and even a microwave). Nice warm shower and clean bathroom.
The breakfast was good - the breakfast room is small but the space is used in an optimal way and all the basics are present from English breakfast to granola to bread.
The staff was extremely friendly and tries to accommodate early check-ins, helps with luggage etc.
Note that we had no noise from the outside but could hear people walking/talking by our room quite clearly. This depends maybe on which room you have and didn't bother me but would recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive or request a room at the top/away from other rooms.

Great location, clean with good aircon, and nice towels and bedding
The building is 2 houses that have been converted to one, but they were on different levels. Our room was on a notable slope. The bed was right up against the window, so one person had to climb over another to get out of the bed . These things were as our stay was short.

Pleasant
I had stayed before and the room was great. This time the room was do cramped with the bed shoved against the wall. People don’t want to have to climb over their partner to get out of bed. We booked a spacious room in the annex and we were put in a very cramped room on 1st floor .
The room was not to the standard I expected from a quality hotel

This is our second time at the best Western
The only complaint I have is that the room was very small.
But I had booked it the night before and this was the last room.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Greeted us with a smile.
Definitely will stay again but will book in advance to get a bigger room

The breakfast was very good.
The shower had good pressure and the bed was very comfortable.
What I really liked the most was the fact the staff were wonderful! Could not have been more helpful and I cannot thank them enough. These are the ladies and gentlemen who manned the front desk.
It made such a difference to my stay! Thank you!

The location was good, but my room was in the annex and it was like a cupboard! I could hear the noise of the people around me all night.
The facilities were not good, the only good thing was that it was near to Victoria Station, but even that was about a ten minute walk.

The location is excellent. Chose this hotel because of it's proximity to London Victoria Station. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. We were able to walk to Buckingham Palace, a place that has previously eluded us. Breakfast was very good.
My only complaint was they advertise a coin-op laundry onsite. This is no longer an option. Managed to get our washing done across the road, but I think they need to remove this option from their website.

Location is quite good, close to Vuctoria station.
Room size is decent, view also faces Big Ben and Parliament, You can see upper parts.
Bed is excellent,
Breakfast is well stuffed and prepared, with quality supplies.
Support from the staff is immediate and respinsive.
Sound insulation is almost ideal due to thick carpets.
- Almost all was good, there was small issue with bath ventilation, which was fixed swiftly after reporting.
- No lift in annex building
