Exceptional
Was clean and close to several eateries, train station and things to do.
The lift was out of order for my stay.

Wonderful
To my surprise, I was upgraded to a larger room that turned out to be like an studio apartment. I had a separate bedroom with a kitchen and small living space. The room was spacious, and despite it being on the lower level, had natural light coming in from some windows. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The location at Victoria was ideal, tube entrance about a 10 min walk, the hotel itself was in an area that was calm. I appreciated that the room had air conditioning.
Since I prefer higher floors, I was initially hesitant about my lower-level room in a separate Victorian row house across the street from the main hotel. Traveling solo, I worried about feeling isolated so far from the 24-hour reception. Thankfully, the staff put my mind at ease by ensuring the adjacent room was occupied and explaining the property's security, making me feel much more comfortable.

Good
The location was convenient.
For a person with mobility issues, the annex building is a problem. It’s a series of narrow hallways, doorways and stairs.

Wonderful
The staff was great. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
The bathroom was very small in the twin room. The room was like a galley. No room for luggage.

Good
The location
The rooms are too small for two people. The bathroom door does not close all the way, allowing hallway light and noise to enter the room. There was no complimentary water provided upon arrival and no refrigerator to keep food or drinks cold. The shower controls were difficult to understand, making it challenging to get hot water, and there was no shelf or storage area in the shower for toiletries. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

Wonderful
Breakfast was excellent, only small restaurant but cozy and well served by attentive staff, didn't feel like a cafeteria like some of the larger hotels.
Single bedroom was very small and overlooked a crossroads intersection so was noisy.
Appreciated having a window that opened.
Bed was wall-to-wall under the window, I'm only 5ft 6" but my feet were touching the wall. The toilet on the other hand was very high and I couldn't touch the floor when using
15 minute walk from Victoria station
Close to Tate Britain
Close to Buckingham Palace
Close to local amenities including supermarkets
Left luggage facility
Polite and respectful staff team
A room directly above a busy road intersection.
Short bed
Lift out of order but porter able to assist

Exceptional
First time staying at this property. Overall excellent stay. Not that far from Victoria Station and lots of nearby shops, eateries and cafes. Comfortable room and bathroom. My room was available so I was allowed to check-in early.
I had no issues during my stay.

Good
Staff was kind and helpful. Bed was comfy, room was clean and recently renovated.
Room in annex was outside the main building on 4th floor without elevator having to climb up narrow and deep stairs but the staff was kind and helped with luggage. The room was very tiny and no phone to reach reception.

The location was nice
The elevator doesn’t work we had to carry luggage up two flights of skinny steps causing back pain and an uncomfortable night sleep

Wonderful
The front desk staff was exceptional. Warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a great restaurants within 2-3 blocks. Victoria station is a 8-10 minute walk. The bus#24 picks up and deops off around the corner. Its a nice quiet neighborhood.
The elevator wasn’t working but the staff helped with luggage. It was a bit further than the main tourist sites, which is positive or negative depending on what you want to do.
