Lovely staff. Clean room. Good value
It's not a negative ...it's basic in terms of vibe, but fine.

Very Good
The manager was exceptionally helpful. All the reception staff were kind, willing and helped us with all our needs in a polite and friendly manner.
The location is great - very close to the Victoria station, in an area that felt safe for a woman to walk in alone at night.
Everything was very clean and taken care of.
Wifi is good, strong and mostly stable.
Air conditioning was effective.
The other room was in the main building- it was larger, had a tea/coffee corner, a safe (which was not attached to the wall or the closet and could have been simply taken away...). On the last night, some maintenance work left a very strong odor of Thinner solution, which forced me to ask maintenance to release the blocking of the window, so I can have some fresh air. This means that this room had a window to Warwick way, so daylight could enter. I would recommend to take a room in the main building and not the Annexe building, which also doesn't have a lift.
The room (Twin beds in the annex building) was on the small side. We should have realize the size as it is written in the room's description, but it was crumbed with 2 suitcases, and there wasn't any place to put our cosmetics as the sink was even too small for our toothbrushes. It's understandable the rooms are quite small in a busy area like London's Victoria.
The room had no natural lighting. There was a small window but it was facing a wall and we didn't get any light from it. We had to use the room's light and air conditioning.
As mentioned, the other room's safe deposit box was unattached and therefor- useless.

Great location close to Victoria Station. For the price this is really good value in London. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants close by.

Location great. Friendly staff and cleanliness very good
Never stayed in such a small room. Ok for one person but too small for comfort other than to sleep.

I stayed in an annex building of a hotel, it was clean and close to the main building. Staff were nice, the room was clean. Wifi and tv worked well!

we enjoyed the comfortable beds and coffee/tea/snacks available in the room.
one minor issue was the narrow stairwell - we had to use the elevator for some of our luggage but not a huge deal.

Wonderful
Location was within 10 minute walk of Victoria which is what we wanted.
Felt safe & area was quiet.
Staff friendly & helpful.
Bed comfortable & room clean.
I used the hairdryer which was in a cupboard.
Unfortunately the lead was too short to enable me to see in the wardrobe mirror.
It would be handy to have a mirror on the wall next to where hairdryer was housed.
Also hooks on wall in bathroom for towels would be useful.

Room very clean and quiet for a central London location.
Staff very curious and friendly.
Room and shower room far too small for 2 people .
Breakfast; good variety but cooked breakfast only warm at best and tasted as if it had been pre cooked a long time before. Warm plates would have helped.

I stayed with my 10 year old as a solo mum for 2 nights. We travelled up by coach so we chose this hotel for the convenience, as had lots to cram in, including a day visit to Legoland.
The room was in the annex so away from the main hotel but this did not bother me as we are self sufficient and this booking was about having a decent base to relax in rather than any other requirement. Our room was one of the top floors, lots of stairs with no lift. But we are quite fit anyway and we had a staff member carry up our suitcase, which was helpful. The climb was worth it for the view of the London Eye in the distance. There wasn't much noise from outside for London.
I was happy with the room. Think premier inn, but with a more personal touch, slightly better quality rooms and more efficient. The room was clean enough and was cleaned during our stay (we got asked if we wanted this at check-in). The double bed was comfy. We had a fridge and a microwave. There was aircon which worked a little but it has been muggy lately so wasn't the best for the climate but better than nothing. I felt really safe despite being away from the main hotel.
We were able to leave our bags before and after. We chose to eat breakfast out as early starts.
The location is perfect and actually the annex part is slightly closer to the victoria tube/train/coach station than the main hotel. You are surrounded by shops, supermarkets and local cafes.
The staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay there again.
Nothing I can think of for this stay.
