Location. Walking to Theatres and Buckingham Palace, train and bus terminals.
First night room small and cramped, nothing worked. Moved to better room next day.

Wonderful
I enjoyed my room despite of the fact that its below ground level but it was quiet and comfortable. Location was accessible and staff are so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, i didnt have breakfast.
Stairs coming up because i have to lift my suitcase which is uncomfortable. A lift would be better but its a minor thing. Generally, i loved this place and will come back to stay alittle longer.

Tiny rooms, no mini fridge to cool water, no place to put away the luggage, no proper closet (no shelves). 10 mins walk from any public transportation.

Breakfast was excellent. Exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Room was much smaller than expected. It was one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in.

Very clean, A/C worked great (but did turn off in the middle of the night, seemed to run for a set amount of time). The bed was comfy. Good choice of places to eat nearby, and close enough to Victoria tube station. Staff at front desk always friendly and helpful. Didn't expect to have to ask for a top sheet or a wash cloth, but they were readily provided. Safe was nice to have. Appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and biscuits.
The elevator didn't work one day and I have a bum knee and was on the top floor. The room was very small, much smaller than I expected from the pictures. Shower was also quite small and the shower head was not high enough. Could have used a larger wastebasket in the bathroom and I prefer open ones (not the kind you have to step on to open the top).

The location of the property was really nice but I thought it’s more closer to Victoria station. 10 mins walk away was still okay.
Standard rooms are smaller than I expect. The bathroom was bigger than I expect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, close walking distance to dining, shopping and all the sites. Room was clean but a bit small for 2 people sharing I would stay here again but definitely recommend separate rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast offered, lots of options to choose from.
No face cloths, body lotion and hair conditioner. Must remember to bring these items next time.

Very clean with a freshly -renovated look and superb personnel able to solve problems very well.
Single beds are only suitable for people under 6 feet (1 meter 80) tall as they are placed between walls which are very close to each other.
The hair dryers are attached to the bottom of a desk which means you habe the to sit on the floor to use them. They should be in the bathroom
