Great Location and within walking distance to train, great food and sights.
The room was a bit small & separated from the main hotel and breakfast area but this was not a problem.

The staff were polite and friendly....and the room was spotlessly clean with a double and a single bed.
Beds were comfortable, there was ample tea and coffee making facilities and it was a short walk to Victoria station which is where we needed to be.

Very convenient location close to Victoria Station. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.
The breakfast was a disappointment, it seemed the fruit salad has been in the fridge overnight, the warm buffet we better stayed away from (the eggs looked like artificial and gummy and the bacon couldnt be chewed) and the coffee was terrible.
The room was very small, but for the 2 nights, this wasnt a major issue.

There’s no value for money
The room abd the fact that I have to go to my room at the top with no lift acces.
Also poor cleaning of the steps and a pungent smell

Hotel was a quiet neighborhood not far from Victoria Station. Staff was great--very helpful.
Rooms were a little cramped. No outlets in bathroom.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choice .
Our bedroom was very small and there was a constant humming that sounded like a washing machine spinning that kept going off intermittently over night.

Lication was good and room was clean and tidy with all facilities availabke including microwave in room 302
Breakfast had not been booked although i was sure we had booked it. They also said we had to pay current price which had increased from when we booked it if we wanted breakfast. Politely declined.
No one available to turn subtitles off on tv so all channels had english subtitles. Very annoying.
