Nice little hotel, conveniently located midway between Pimlico and Victoria underground stations. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the decor was clean and neat. Breakfast was great and the staff were very pleasant. Lots of great coffee shops and cafes and restaurants around. We had a lovely curry at Pimlico tandoori, it was fantastic food, highly recommended!

Wonderful
Very clean, wonderful staff, nice breakfast. Excellent, convenient location.
My only small complaint was that the room had a view of a brick wall. But honestly, the kindness and friendliness of the staff completely made up for that and we didn't mind at all.

Location was easy to get to and hotel easy to find.
The staff were all trying not to help. All standing in one corner talking to each other and not helping customers.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. The property was not too far from Victoria which was convenient for the theatre and getting around. Plenty of eateries near by and a pub with a great atmosphere just across the road.
Quite expensive for a night. We were on 4th floor road side, could hear a lot. Older hotel so not great soundproofing so disturbances evenings and mornings between guests and cleaners. Room was nice enough beds ok, curtains let a lot of light in. Shower room was ok but window was filthy thick layer of dust when blind was open.

The room is small but okay for a night or two.
Location is okay, not too far from Victoria train station, you can reach the hotel walking without any problem.
Breakfast is okay too, nothing fancy, but everything is fresh.
The bed is comfortable, and the shower is working well
The staff is very friendly
My room was directly on the main street, and I could hear the transit passing.

Location was great and hotel lovely and clean. Staff very attentive and chatty and great breakfast at extra chsrge but great value for money
Room was basement room but still quite bright. Noisy in morning as next to a stock cupboard used by staff
