Wonderful
The staff was great. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
The bathroom was very small in the twin room. The room was like a galley. No room for luggage.

Nice clean rooms, with all facilities for a short weekend stay. Good aircon, needed as very hot weather.

It was clean and comfortable. It was also perfectly located for the tourist spots we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good although the breakfast room very small. Good size rooms for the price. Nice to have a fridge.

Comfy rooms, clean and has air conditioning which was great in the heat. 5-10 minute walk from Victoria station. Stayed in the annex building which was just down the road, we was very impressed with the decor, cleanliness, facilities. Would definitely stay again

We liked the location and the friendly staff. The room was small but the bed was comfy and the room was pretty newly done.
It was on the highest floor and there was no elevator... so it was tricky with the luggage

The location
The rooms are too small for two people. The bathroom door does not close all the way, allowing hallway light and noise to enter the room. There was no complimentary water provided upon arrival and no refrigerator to keep food or drinks cold. The shower controls were difficult to understand, making it challenging to get hot water, and there was no shelf or storage area in the shower for toiletries. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

The hotel was in a good location as described just 10 mins from Victoria Station. There were restaurants and pubs nearby and the area felt safe.
Hotel facilities were good with air con and complimentary water. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating
The lift was temporarily out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. Staff offered to carry luggage etc but it was still a bit of a climb.
