Wonderful
We were a family of 5 and loved having the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It made our stay so much more enjoyable because everyone could have their own space. The location was great, about a 10 min walk from 2 tube stations. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Would stay there again.
Housekeeping was very thorough, too thorough! They threw out a box for an item that I was going to return because they thought it was trash. Thankfully I was still able to return.

My experience at this serviced apartment in London was truly excellent. The apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything a traveler might need, whether for a short or long stay. The location was outstanding—close to major attractions and essential services—which made getting around and enjoying the city very easy.
As for the facilities, they were comprehensive and of high quality, with great attention to detail. What stood out the most was the staff; they were extremely friendly, cooperative, and always ready to help at any time, which made the stay even more pleasant and smooth.
Honestly, it was an experience worth repeating, and I will definitely rely on this place for my future visits to London.

The property exceeded our expectations, it was all around a great stay. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome, thanks again to the great team. The apartment was very roomy, comfortable, spotless, really well furnished, everything worked great, and very, very pretty. Also, wonderful location, which was a pleasant surprise as it was our first time in London. Would love to visit again.

The space was great for our party of 4. The absolute best in location, the kitchen setup, daily maid service and 24 hour concierge on site! The 2 full bathrooms and water closet were fantastic! Luxury level bath towels, robes and linen!
There was not one thing that we did not like!

This was my 2nd stay at this property; and like the previous stay, I was extremely happy with the accommodations.
Great location, superb staff, and fantastic accommodations. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable; we didn’t want to leave, as it was a home away from home. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the living room and bedroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The staff were so nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. Much like my stay in September 2023. They even allowed me to check in (without additional charges) a couple of hours early, as my arrival time in London was two and a half hours before the normal 3pm check-in. Exceptional and professional staff; couldn’t ask for nicer people.
The location was great, literally a block from Harrod’s department store and subway.
I will stay at this property whenever I’m in London, and highly recommend it for any traveler.
Thank you, to the exceptional staff, for making my second stay, like my first stay in 2023, so wonderful.

I wasn’t aware of the additional 18 pounds per night, if you use the pull-out bed in the couch. I was told about it when I called reception to ask where to find the extra bedding. All fine, as I may have missed that when I reserved the property ?.

The property was conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. We had two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area and living room. The beds and linen were superior.

Had an amazing stay. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 6.
They even upgraded us to an apartment that had an extra bathroom. The welcome goody basket was so thoughtful as we had kids.
Beds were very comfortable after coming back from a tiring day.
