We loved how attentive the staff were to assist us in checking in, answering our questions, and sharing their recommendations.
I would have liked to have known that this property was like a hotel with apartments. That was a huge plus, but knowing it beforehand would have reduced the stress of communication and how we were going to get into our space when we arrived.

The location is amazing, 3 min walk to Harrod's and the shopping district. It's right off the Piccadilly line and very walkable to different coffee shops, museums, and food places. The staff was very helpful and they kept our place very clean.
The rooms are not modern. There needs to be more plugs and USB charging ports in the living spaces. I would also recommend some updates to the rooms as they are carpeted.

absolutely beautiful building and our short stay was great - we wish we had more time to take advantage of the space but we’re out most of the time since we were traveling ! beds were comfortable and clean. staff was very kind as well. 2.5 bathrooms was great for the stay of 6 girls. would definitely stay here again !
this is a very small thing and definitely wouldn’t stray us from staying here again - but the key they gave us featured a very large medallion that made so much noise when trying to open the door/fiddling it out of the bag - my friends and i found it quite funny but it was also a bit frustrating ? also - we weren’t told which key was for the front door so we made a lot more noise with that key when figuring it out.

Location was great and we loved hanging 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! It truly felt like home. Front desk staff were friendly and the property was beautiful.
Not as close to the tube station as I would’ve preferred, but they weren’t hard to get to. Some parts of room were in need of cosmetic repair—with carpet, damaged drywall, but nothing that affected the functionality of the flat.

The reception desk was very welcoming to us. I don't think we could have been in a better location! We walked to everything ... so close to shopping/dining/Hyde Park, etc. The layout was amazing for our family of 5. The amenities were so nice (washer/dryer, full kitchen, detergent, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). The living room was away from the bedrooms allowing for quietness for those still sleeping.
I have nothing to complain about on this property. It met all of our needs. I would stay here again!

This is luxury at its finest. In a building staffed 24/7 with helpful, friendly and extremely professional staff, this apartment is secure, beauifully furnished and modern. Location is down the street from Harrads and steps away from Hyde Park.

The location is IDEAL! Right around the corner from Harrod's and easy walk to the tube. The space was larger than we expected (dramatically so) and the decor was lovely, inviting, and tasteful. I will always go back. Best place I have ever stayed in London.

We were a family of 5 and loved having the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It made our stay so much more enjoyable because everyone could have their own space. The location was great, about a 10 min walk from 2 tube stations. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Would stay there again.
Housekeeping was very thorough, too thorough! They threw out a box for an item that I was going to return because they thought it was trash. Thankfully I was still able to return.

My experience at this serviced apartment in London was truly excellent. The apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything a traveler might need, whether for a short or long stay. The location was outstanding—close to major attractions and essential services—which made getting around and enjoying the city very easy.
As for the facilities, they were comprehensive and of high quality, with great attention to detail. What stood out the most was the staff; they were extremely friendly, cooperative, and always ready to help at any time, which made the stay even more pleasant and smooth.
Honestly, it was an experience worth repeating, and I will definitely rely on this place for my future visits to London.
