The staff are wonderful, from the very warm welcome to ongoing communication during our stay. Little things like the fresh bread, milk and orange juice are indicative of the way they treat their guests. Although this is a busy area (just behind Harrods) the apartment itself is quiet. Location is convenient to Tube and lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance.

This rental was absolutely amazing. My family stayed here (7 total, 3 adults and 4 kids) and the property was in a great location. It was clean, well made up, and beautiful inside. The reception desk was exceedingly helpful, made up the rooms daily, and even switched our clothes in the washing machine from wash to dry. I would love to stay here again next time I'm in London.

Our stay at 15 Basil Street was exceptional from start to finish. The location near Harrods was perfect, and the apartment was spotless with daily cleaning. We appreciated the early check-in, late check-out, and thoughtful touches like complimentary bread, jam, juice, and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. They even surprised us with beautiful flowers for our upcoming graduation. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort in a prime location
