Everything was perfect during our stay at 15 Basil Street and a huge thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the three bed apartment and it was spectacular! Wouldnt have changed anything during this trip and it got better with us being at 15 Basil Street !
Couldnt find anything that I didnt like so far ! Definitely repeating my stay again.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need and more. The bathrooms were modern and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Everything was great including the location opposite Harrods. Close to everything including the Tube. It could get a little noisy and crowded in the street with cars but this never really affected our stay as it was mainly during the day (and was very quiet at night).

The location was great, the staff were supportive and welcoming trying to do everything possible to make sure you have a great stay. The coffe machine was not working and they replaced it immediately. Would definitely recommend it and come back
Smell from the bathroom due to drains issues they had. Pricing need to be revisited.
