The room was clean and the bed was good. The size of the room wasn't too bad considering it is London. The location is very close to Victoria Station and the neighbor the hotel is in is decent. Even though my room was on the street side the room was quiet at night. It is a lower cost hotel.
There is no elevator so you may need to drag your luggage up a narrow staircase. The room size was OK, however the bathroom was so tiny one must sit on the toilet facing sideways. The breakfast was not good. Very little selection. If you have the option, I'd advise not paying for it and getting breakfast elsewhere.

Location was close to many of the sites that we wanted to see.
The room itself was very hot there was no air conditioning with only a small fan running which did not cool anything off sleeping was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just okay.

The location was great, close to public transportation! Walking distance to many sightseeing!
No A/C the carpet was disgusting, the sheets had yellow stains, and the pillows were very old and flat! The place needs more TLC! The breakfast is not so great!

The young man at the reception desk when we arrived was great! Very welcoming! The rooms are small, however, the wonderful location more than makes up for this! Breakfast is self-serve, and was actually very good. A variety of muffins, buns, toast. 4 different cold cereals. A hot drink machine. Yogurt, cheese, salami. All well maintained by a woman who just quietly did her job. Daily housekeeping done as well.
The only issue is the tiny size of the room--understandable in a big city like London!

Location is perfect You can walk everywhere and the London Victoria is less the 7 minutes I took the bus -National Express - from the hotel, (it’s only 5 min walk ) to Heathrow Airport and the price was great €10,50 and took us only 50min At the reception, there is a great guy, Dino, very nice person and very helpful
The room and the hotel are spotless clean. I’m not sure how people would handle these rooms on the summer because there is no A/C, just saying I was there middle of May for 2 days, not even pick of summer and the room is very hot, I slept with the windows open so I could get some ventilation Even though in this situation , I really recommend and I will stay there again Great price + location A+

I had to change the date of my stay and the hotel efficiently handled my request and confirmed the alternative booking .
It wasn't a big issue but I think business travellers might like to have breakfast earlier such as 7:30 AM.

The place was clean Location is 10mins walking distance to Victoria station, that has a lot of connections First night the staff was kind enough so we had good room temperature Shower was decent, no complaints
2nd night we didnt have any heating in the room, it was extremely cold!!! Breakfast was very limited! Hochland cheese slices... butter and jam... extremely basic bread... its a very limited breakfast overall, nothing cooked. Not even boiled eggs, no english breakfast... If you have large luggages there is no way you fit comfortably up the stairs. Keep in mind.
