It was a nice surprise for the extremely low prices this place was in the centre London & the reception stuff was so nice/ friendly. The Female Dom I slept in was totally clean & the bedding was super clean. Everything was neat & tidy. Shower SUPER Clean.
Nothing really, the hall and stair carpet was old and worn but does not effect the rest to for Hostel.

amazing kitchen with two areas to cook and sit. free coffee & tea. great place to meet other travelers. nice staff.
ultimately, i could feel the metal bed frame through the mattress and was not able to sleep comfortably the mattresses are too thin. there were obvious areas of neglect under the beds, on ladders, and bed frames very dusty. dirty floors would get one pass of a mop and that's it, no vacuuming. lockers are cages and do not seal easy to reach a hand in. dirty showers. cash deposit for a key card was inconvenient. i had to remind my roommates to pull the door closed behind them because it needs force to lock. roommates were greedy to put the fans on themselves without consideration of others they did not understand/care to circulate air throughout the room.

Dont stay here very dissatisfied
About my 26th hostel while traveling europe, prob one of the worst for value for money plus I had a bizarre encounter with one of the staff changing the bed sheets in the room (121) , while just coming out of the shower with just a towel a pushy staff member wouldnt let me past so I stood basically naked in the corner of the room, went to put my pants on she then grabbed my suitcase and flung all my folded clothes out and then glared at me and said I should have checked in my luggage into storage. Why the hell would I want to do that ?? The rest of staff were fine
