Good, simple, cozy, and clean. The receptionist gave me a complimentary coffee, which was very nice.
The hotel is fine, but it's best to avoid walking around Whitechapel at night.

Rooms are spacious, nice fridge, large kettle, hairdryer and iron were supplied.
Staff were excellent, they went above and beyond their call of duty especially Sharan, Rohan, Junaid, Rohan Naik . Thank you.
The view was not good of dilapidated buildings across the road, breakfast was the same every day. Shower doors were loud and creaky when opening and closing.

The customer service and the staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable and welcoming from the start. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and even though it was the same selection everyday. The location was fantastic. Very close to the local transportation including the metro station about a block away.. The walk to the Tower of London was only 16 minutes away. The neighborhood is multi cultural but felt very safe walking around late at night. I would definitely come back again.

Check in was late - we were there by 3 pm and we had to keep going to back of line because our 2 rooms were not ready at 3 pm. They were not ready until about 3:30 pm

The hotel itself was good and clean.
I accidentally booked the room twice. Yes my mistake. I didn’t realize it until I checked in. They would not cancel the extra reservation, so I paid for the room twice.
I called Hilton corporate and they said this happens often and the hotel manager would cancel the charge. But not this hotel manager.

The property was a great option but the area felt a little dicey at night (after 8pm).
