The hotel was welcoming and very comfortable
The location wasn't great. Although good for tube access, the area felt dirty and rough, particularly at night.

We were on the first floor, and every morning at 6:30 we were woke up by bacon smell coming via air conditioning

I liked the fact that the room was always cleaned and the quietness of the hotel. The breakfast was quite good, but there were very few products suitable for lactose intolerant people (especially the sweet breakfast, with no products available except for the plant-based drink). This could be improved significantly. They were helpful in letting us leave our bags while we waited for check-in so we could easily explore the city.
On a negative note, the gentleman at the reception in the morning, I don't remember his name, was quite rude when it came to resolving an issue regarding the total cost of the hotel and the exchange. He didn't resolve the issue and responded rudely, dismissing us in a matter of seconds. The area is decent, but a bit run-down and dirty, and it's a bit inconvenient to get to some parts of London, as you need to change buses or the tube several times.

Lovely hotel, easily accessible from nearby tube stations. Breakfast was great and plenty out even though it was busy!
I was on the lower floor so my view was a brick wall about a foot away from the window but didn't bother me for one night!

Apartment is close to underground station
There were ants in the room, which we reported in the 1st day. Room was not changed to other. We had to stay with ant till the end of our stay in the hotel. Breakfast was not the best.
