The staff were excellent, very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for a concert at Wembley stadium. Transport links are great.
Breakfast can seem Chaos if you time it wrong but again the staff were great, turning around tables very quickly to ensure very little waiting time

We liked the location around great places to eat, Uber easy pickup and drop off, we were given ice in a bucket for our room, All staff that we encountered were excellent and very accommodating, friendly. Breakfast was so good and well organized. No complaints at all.

The hotel was nice and light in reception and in the dining area.
The staff were very good.
Wasent keen on where the hotel was and we were given mobility rooms and we didn’t ask for that.
Also there wasent much choice for gluten free at breakfast.

Very clean rooms, very friendly, professional and experienced staff members. Excellent location, with a few minutes walk to Aldgate East and short taxi ride to London city Airport.

Location not to my liking. Staff at the reception specially those ladies from India were very warm helpful, always smiling. Guys during breakfast also very helpful, being vegetarian, l never have wafers but they prepared eggless ones and I like it.
May be the lift was a problem, you cannot use lift both sides
