Fire alarm went off at 6.30am, was informed by other guests all was okay, no communication from staff, however we didn’t go all the way downstairs so they were probably there

being told our room would be ready in 30/40 minutes and to wait and it wasn’t ready for 3 hours after we were told it’d be 30/40 minutes, so we spent one of our 3 days sitting in the lobby

Convience of hotel staff friendly
Not the best hilton we have stayed in. Don't believe the room was valued for money. Can't get a simple fried egg for breakfast Bed was really uncomfortable. Pillows need replacing

Property was ok, nothing special for a Hilton hotel - not worth the money you pay for it.
Receptionist requested a £50 deposit for anything we consumed at the hotel and it’s been over a month now and the money still hasn’t been returned to my bank account. I have messaged and called the hotel and all they say is that the money has been released when it clearly hasn’t been deposited back. DO NOT PAY THE DEPOSIT, PAY FOR WHAT YOU CONSUME AT THE TIME OF CONSUMPTION TO AVOID ISSUES AS YOU WILL NEVER SEE THIS MONEY AGAIN!!!
