It was very clean and gorgeously laid out. As we were celebrating our engagement they gave us a lovely card and a piece of cake! We also got upgraded to this wonderful apartment. We were so grateful for all the wonderful touches they did for us and made the trip so special, thank you.

Good sized room (esp for London), large bathroom, very clean, nice decoration, quiet. Bed seemed hard at first, but we slept really well every night, so it must have been great! Really good gym, with modern and varied equipment, could do a great workout. Great location, around 12-15 minutes walk from Covent Garden, and about the same to St Paul's Cathedral. Price is decent for London. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Will return.
The wifi was frustrating, kept disconnecting (on all of our many devices) - that's what makes this hotel a 9 and not a 10. Could still just about have video calls, but with regular short interruptions. A shame, because everything else in this hotel is great.

Modern hotel in central location, handy for Covent Garden and theatres etc. Good sized rooms and facilities, including gym. Staff were courteous and helpful. Nice restaurant with good breakfast.
