I don't remember last time I stayed in such a quiet hotel room, and I have been to loads of hotels. In fact, everything from the check-in / check-out and welcome by the reception staff through the size of the room, all amenities in the room, including a little desk mirror, ending with the duck :) - everything was simply incredible and wonderful. I'm adding this hotel to my top selections for London stays
Not a dislike more a note to other visitors: the hotel is not straightforward to get to from Temple Tube station - make sure you help yourself with Google Maps /similar app if you are walking from the station as they are a bit hidden.

Well situated just off Fleet St and 400m from the bus stop Coffee machine in the room with 3 pods was very welcome, thank you Super staff
King room with balcony - queen room with balcony also - doesn’t have a window just the door. But the view from the balcony was amazing and a really nice outdoor space with 2 chairs and a table. Charged significantly more than the booking.com quote so be careful!

Really nice hotel, very good location, the rooms are spacious.
The room service was always around 3-4 PM when I already came from city and wanted to rest before the evening. So my room was not done. But the staff were really nice and offered water and fresh towels.

Location good if you want to use the law courts or university, bit of a walk to the more central areas like Covent Garden and Leicester Square, but the area was very nice. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom was very nice. HOWEVER - the room was very hot and the aircondtioning was not working. Despite reporting this to reception after a very uncomfortable first nights sleep, we were assured this would be looked into , but when we got back to the hotel we had a second very uncomfortable night - due to the heat. Would also suggest they leave shower cap/ and small toiletries as this would be useful.
The heat in the bedroom was really uncomfortable and despite the bed being lovely we had 2 very bad nights sleep which wasn't great.

The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet overlooking a large courtyard. A lovely little bar to relax in after a busy day. The breakfast was delicious The staff were all friendly and helpful.
