Big room and reasonable price. Provides water in glass bottles upon request; clean and comfortable beds.
Reception desk staff can be helpful but at times, slow to respond to requests. Location of the apartment is a distance from the nearest tube station.

Could have done with a closer tube but in the summer the location is perfect as everywhere is 30-40mins on foot..!!

The location is good, the rooms are big
I had a small issue in my room with the curtain that didn't close all the way, so I woke up at 7 in the morning. I asked for it to be fixed, and not only it wasn't, but the staff lied to me and were very rude.
