Spectacular hidden gem in the city of london. Beautiful grounds the hotel is set on. The suite was extremely comfortable, well kept and had everything we needed. Very very spacious too. The staff were lovely and catered to our every need. Truly a luxurious stay.
The only downside is that there is no convenient parking nearby.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was attentive and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the hotel is in a great location. My only minor note is that the air conditioning in the dining area was a bit too strong and felt quite cold. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in London!

Everything was perfect - the room was spacious, clean and modern and had lots of little complimentary extras. Breakfast with hot a la carte choices, cold buffet and barista coffees of high quality and all the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent - in walking distance to the West End shows and Covent Garden, yet really quiet with outdoor seating in the courtyard. A perfect place to stay in London.

Excellent location for an evening at the Aldwych Theatre. Very good value for money, lovely clean room with good facilities (hairdryer, ironing board, robes) and very nice toiletries. Staff were very approachable, helpful, very friendly & professional.

Location, staff and room all excellent; liked the environmental/sustainability touches too. Good public transport links and nice to just 'stroll out' into the surrounding area - pubs frequented by Dr Johnson and Samuel Pepys - an excellent Indian Restaurant (The India) and thats within 50m
