Great location and helpful staff. Room was spotless and well appointed.
AC wasn't very cold. Window wouldn't open. Shower attachment kept coming off, spurting water everywhere.

Wonderful
Clean modern spacious rooms.
Windows didn’t open for fresh air. Air conditioning in our room wouldn’t go below 19 degrees, hence it was very stuffy and warm in what was very warm weather outside.

Great room with wonderful balcony. Super clean, bath and separate shower was nice. Bed comfortable. Espresso machine welcome. Excellent burger from room service and very nice respectful man who delivered it.

Wonderful
Friendly reception staff. The location was very central whilst very quiet when sleeping - brucey bonus for a very light sleeper! No external noise heard at night at all - but did hear another room door closing several times during early evening. Within a few minutes walk of two tube stations. Room clean and spacious enough for a twin room. Large bathroom with decent shower that didn’t fluctuate temperature.
Mirrors aren’t well lit and/or badly placed. I can’t see up close or from a distance well now (getting older!) and this would have elevated my score to a 10.
Light found a way in around the window blind but I was already awake before I really noticed. Blind needs to be larger or just have curtains like the second window (room 402).
No soft close toilet seat either - pretty standard now in most hotels (I was in different hotel in London only 3 nights earlier and this made a huge difference to room noise) but didn’t spoil may stay.

Pleasant
Good room, great view. Comfortable. Good facilities.
No step-free access (lift to reception from street broken and no signage on how to get in with fewest steps). Poor service at breakfast. Poor english spoken by many serving staff.
