Very modern and sociable hotel. Everything was easy access and comfortable. Our room was lovely and comfortable with a big shower enclosure and lovely big bath. The mattresses were lovely and comfortable as were the pillows. Spotlessly clean and all staff members were very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.
Lighting was a bit too low in some parts.

Our stay at the Apex should have been relaxing for my family and me, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. Due to a technical problem, we spent more than 12 hours during the night without water or electricity, faced with helpless employees who were unable to give us any information or solutions. We remained calm and understanding in the face of a situation that the hotel was also experiencing. We stayed at reception until midnight without the hotel offering a solution, but they promised to refund us for the night. We left the next day after receiving further confirmation from reception that we would be refunded the full amount for that night. We were disgusted to receive an email from the hotel offering us 25% of the price of the night and a discount on our next stay, as if we were planning to return. After several exchanges without any humanity or empathy, we were offered minimal compensation. The hotel therefore considers that a night without electricity and access to running water is worth €350... I am sorry to have to post this negative review, which I never do and usually resolve my issues directly with the hotel, but I feel it is important that future guests are made aware of this establishment's behaviour.

The place is nice and clean
They have serious problem with costumer service. We asked a simple question of fixing the curtains: First, they ignored it and didn’t enter the room. Second, they seriously LIED saying that they did enter the room. Eventually they say, “ah yes, we’ve been in the room. It’s fine, the curtain do not suppose to close” We connected the costumer service and got 15% of one night back, which is completely insulating as not only we have sleeping problems for 2 nights, but the staff lied to us in our face. The hotel is nice in general, but I never saw a tolerance like that to a bad behavior of the staff… I’m pretty shocked (and this is the second time I have a similar incident of being ignored by the staff).

The bed , the staff
Toilet broke down in evening. Overflown !! While the stuff tried to help the toilet was not fixed . The suggestion of the management was to use the common toilet in the basement of the hotel until next morning when housekeeping would be available!!! Meanwhile we had to sleep with the dirty waters overflown in the bathroom!!!!! For a hotel charging 300/ night I believe that the management of the issue was poor and offensive to say the least . While the toilet was cleaned and fixed the next day , there was no other response from the hotel. No apologies , not a gesture. So I guess that sleeping at night w no available toilet and dirty overflown waters in the toilet next to your sleeping area is something that you should not cross out and consider that is your problem and not the hotel’s.
