We have stayed several times and enjoyed the experience but this time we were disappointed as our window looked directly onto the next door balcony giving no privacy nor the promised courtyard view. As a result we had no choice but to keep the blind down as our neighbour was sat on the balcony and kept looking into our room.

The property was very well located and close to Tube station for easy in city travel. The room category booked was comfortable and well layed out.
The Initial Room that was assigned did not have a working AC so the room temperature was unbearable. The staff had to reassign me a room that was in a lower category to the one I booked in order to have a properly working AC during my entire stay.

Great shower & decent size bathroom
- The room was the furthest from the lift. You needed a cut lunch and a water bottle for the journey to the lift - No place to put your suitcases. - Despite requesting an early check in prior to the journey I was told on booking.com that this is not possible and you had to be arranged once at the hotel. After a 25-hour flight from Perth to London and arriving at 5:00 AM in the morning we were told that the room wouldn't be available to 3:00 PM and that if we wanted an earlier check-in, we would have to pay £40. There was no consideration given to the long flight and journey to get to this hotel in fact they just didn't care. I could not recommend this hotel to anybody flying from Australia to London to stay at with such inconsiderate and staff lacking any compassion or understanding of what was involved.

Had separate transactions between booking.com and the hotel asking for payment in advance. Thought I was being scammed at the time due to non-recognizable email addresses.

Beautiful, modern design, with restaurant and bar, courtyard seating area. Modern, clean rooms, beautiful bathroom. Helpful, professional, courteous staff. Just loved it.
