Location was excellent for us and central. The hotel was immaculate. The staff were amazingly friendly and as it was my birthday they gave us complimentary drinks and cake. Easy check in and check out.

Everything made it the best hotel we’ve stayed at in London and we’ve stayed at a few. Friendly staff, superb bedroom, comfy bed, exceptional breakfast, both pre order from menu and buffet style. So quiet at night, slightly off Fleet Street. Really central location. Just the best place to stay in London. It’ll be our regular hotel to stay from now on.

Great size room, bathroom with walk in shower and a bath and excellent size balcony with a nice view. Club access to water, coffee snacks and alcoholic drinks was a great inclusion. Great gym and excellent service from all the team. Incredible breakfast

We stayed at Apex Hotel for our wedding weekend, and overall had a wonderful experience. Our suite was absolutely incredible—beautifully designed, spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The thoughtful touches to celebrate our wedding made our stay feel even more special and were very much appreciated. The location was excellent and ideal for everything we had planned over the weekend.
The only aspect that let the experience down was our interaction with the reception team. Unfortunately, we found them to be less friendly and helpful than we had expected, which was disappointing given how special the occasion was.
