I liked everything. The location is brilliant - we were able to walk to the restaurant and theatre in the evening. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had continental breakfast which was very good.

The staff were excellent. Their extra efforts to support the London marathon runners were superb. We all received a special gift bag with marathon items (carbs, treats, protein bars, and even bath salts) with a personally written note. Just so lovely and I really appreciated that.

The location is central but very quiet. We sat outside on the terrace at the back of hotel and you could hear no noise. Our room was fabulous. We were upgraded to a suite. The linen, toiletries are all high quality and it’s a treat to get a bathrobe

Great location, quiet space convenient to everything. Many walkable pubs nearby. Safe Motor court off the street for taxis etc. Staff very helpful with arranging taxis. Well known location to all drivers we dealt with.
