Room: I had the junior suite and it's very spacious! Really love the amenity that was provided. Really enjoy the fact that that is the duo bath-and-shower. Location: It's in a great location, and I really love how easy where everything is. Breakfast: Great staff, great food and good service!
Room: The 2 TV is an issue - the remote keeps turning one on and one off! It also would be great to have plugs on both side of the bed. Location: Whilst there is a step-free access round the back of the hotel, it wasn't very clean/nice where you have to take your suitcase around! Breakfast: the filter coffee took a while to warm up (I did get there really early first thing in the morning)

My only complaint is the hotel separately contacted me to make payment via a payment link on email before my travels, and not through booking.com which got me worried if it was a scam email. The email address of the email contact had an extra alphanumeric figure as compared to the online hotel website email, which looked suspicious. There was no way of verifying with the hotel, other than ringing them on land line which incurred high overseas charges. I tried emailing the hotel using their online email and even till after my travels, nobody from the hotel replied. This is not the usual way my confirmed booking via booking.com worked after providing my credit card details. i didn't like such payment arrangements.

The location is amazing - quiet, but within walking distance of many major attractions. We particularly liked the ability to be able to sit in a quiet courtyard to have an aperitif or nightcap. Great NZ toiletries!
There could have been a better range of digestifs in the bar - but little to criticize apart from that.

Even though my husband and I were only here for one night, it was one of our favorite places we stayed on our honeymoon. Upon check in we were given a complimentary room upgrade and founds the room set up beautifully with roses and pastries. The staff were wonderful, the room was lovely, overall we wished we could have stayed longer!

Not much at all - ONLY small gripe was that 1 treadmill was out of order of the 3 in the gymn. So a very petty feedback - overall very good stay.
