- Great location, close to everything - Very friendly staff, even got a slice of cake in my room for a birthday & a room upgrade - Very clean and comfy rooms - Quiet and comfortable
- Breakfast can be a bit slow, they have a mix of a la carte and buffet (everything free of charge), but it can get very busy. But the food is great

Location was perfect, Room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfy with everything you need. We didnt try the breakfast but definitley will next time☺
Very minor but the Lighting around the mirror and in the cupboard where the kettle was could of been better.

The location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops, and the river was a 5-min walk away, and so was the tube station. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also spacious and clean. All in all, no complaints!

Everything was perfect. We got a new hotel cocktail (sir Edwin cocktail) as a compensation for long waiting for eggs in one of the days in the breakfast. Barmens and reception staff were very polite and professional!!! Thanks very much
