We love all the Apex hotels but this one is so convenient for the West End. The staff are just so lovely and accommodating and it is both beautifully clean and well appointed. Loved the fact we had an upgrade. Thank you

The staff are extremely helpful, location was excellent in the middle of everything, the generosity of the room service every day two kind of cookies plus one bag of pop corn ,you know small thing but it’s matter, club lounge was very nice too 24 hour service no other hotel do that .thank you guys for every thing keep the hard work
The only thing was there are no well known sign at the hotel even the taxi driver was confused how to reach to the hotel . I think if you put better sign outside will be great

The room was quiet ,spacious and clean. We stayed 5 days and were very comfortable. The location for us was excellent.Situated within the Temple area gave a great feeling each time we walked out of the hotel.Staying in such a magnificent building added to our enjoyment. Close access to the underground and Thames link enabled to travel anywhere we wanted to go.The breakfast was excellent ,with fresh choices of bread,a good selection of fruit and side dishes.The food was all good quality.
The room became warm in the night and the fan/ air conditioner automatically turned off in the night.

It was a great location for The London Landmarks Half Marathon. It was so relaxing the evening prior to running and the gym was ideal. The staff at the Hotel are so friendly and helpful we couldn't of been happier. Thank you

Accommodation and staff were excellent.
Hotel was difficult to access with steps down to reception not easy with heavy bags and no signage to indicate alternative access. (After a phone call a reception clerk kindly came out to help). Access to and from the hotel was further compromised by a road race which completely closed the roads in the area for a whole day. Hotel can’t be held responsible for this but could have advised customers in advance to allow alternative arrangements to be made……..we received almost daily email updates, from time of booking, to encourage further spending on services……..so this piece of vital information would have been useful!

Cold buffet items were fresh and varied. Staff were efficient, rather than friendly Room and en suite very clean. Very responsive shower. Bed very comfortable, with crisp linen. Windows open for some fresh air.
The full Monty cooked breakfast option was luke warm, the bacon too crispy. Maybe held under heat lamps a little too long . I was disappointed. The waiters responded to requests very quickly but it would have been nice to have been asked if everything was ok/ needed anything rather than keep calling them over .
