Rooms are clean and spacious… everything has been taken care of. Staff are nice.
Breakfast is very limited. Buffet has almost nothing. A mix of buffet and ordering from the menu is not a good idea. Charging 15-20 poinds for such a breakfast is too much.

Good location. Nice rooms
Cobbles in courtyard are an ankle killer. Very hard to carry suitcases across and one wheel broke. Also- now way to get cases to hotel from Fleet St without a LOT of stairs unless you already know about side entrance from another street - should be a sign outside to tell you you don’t need to carry your cases AT ALL. Really bad feature.

Room is big enough for a couple.
Stairs into the hotel. There’s no ramp. Need to carry heavy luggages in and out of hotel going through a few stairs. No problem if you only have small carry on luggages.

Location is ideal to experience some of the best parts of London. A few easy blocks walk to the Thames, beautiful parks, historic areas.
I wish I could've checked in to my room earlier. I would've paid more to have an earlier check-in.

Rooms comfortable and clean. Excellent wardrobe space, better than most hotels. Bathroom...good shower.and safe to use.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had to leave some bags for almost a week before our arrival, and they took them with no issues. They also gave us a larger room, it was great to get all that help, definitively coming again!
When you arrive, the cabbies leave you at the main entrance (the arch). To get from there to the reception, a person should carry their bags through two or three stairs, and there is no lift or ramp.
