Noisy guests in the room next door - had to complain to reception twice after midnight and 1am and then they suggested I move rooms in the middle of the night. Awful.

We booked for a Sunday night and accordingly got a good price and then on arrival the nice surprise of a room upgrade. This was to a deluxe king room - excellent room with a nice big bed, a seating area and a view over the inner courtyard. Very clean and well equipped bathroom. We ate out but had a nightcap in the bar - the staff were excellent and the setting relaxing. Great location and very quiet.
No real issues - the bath did make a rather loud noise as it was emptying which i informed them about on check-out. They were thankful and noted that it's the sort of issue it's difficult to know about unless a guest reports it.

The room was lovely
We were going to a lunch time event and was told by reception that we would have to get changed downstairs in the toilet. This is very disappointing and I felt degraded to be expected to change in a toilet. The toilet was being cleaned when I got there... so I had to get changed in the corridor outside of the toilet by the staff office area. This was unacceptable

Quiet location, very clean, good bar
Asked for proof of identity but this was not a requirement at time of booking or on any info received prior to our arrival. I had nothing on me other than my credit card (which was taken,) but had I been aware I would have carried my driver's licence

Very comfortable room, very quite with a room overlooking the courtyard, slept so well! Very comfortable bed and bathroom and a good size room. Location in London was fantastic and breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice. Would highly recommend.
