A lovely hotel. Large bedroom and bathroom, quiet too! Lovely breakfast, staff polite and professional, beautifully decorated for Xmas.
We found the entrance from Fleet Street a little confusing! Not very clear signage

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the strand! Cleanliness is mostly spot on, lots of space and a really comfy bed
Staff wouldn’t help with luggage carrying when i had 3 suitcases. I do believe it is overpriced, but overall i would stay again.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. Brilliantly located close to the thames, easily walkable to the south bank and loads of attractions
I did request a few things in the run up to staying that weren't actioned. I can only presume I must have done something wrong, but I did send 3 emails in the run up which were seemingly not read

The room was clean and well equipped with beverages and snacks + coffee making machine. Spacious room with comfortable bed. The location is excellent as it's very central, near to most train lines, eateries, shops, cafes and key attractions in London.
