Rooms were large, lots of storage space, large bathroom with bath and shower, good quality toiletries, heated towel rail, huge comfy bed, comfy sofa, big TV with free sky channels, lovely range of snacks in room, nespresso machine, mini fridge, lots of mirrors, sockets next to bed, good lighting, excellent staff, very lovely and clean, nice decor, absolutely brilliant, can’t wait to come back!
Very minor things like no full length mirror and no light in cabinet where the kettle is. Can live without for short stays anyway. Also not right next to an underground station which might not be ideal on cold rainy days

The room and bathroom was clean and nicely maintained. Nice amount of shampoos etc and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Comfortable bed. Nothing was too much for the staff from checking in to checking out. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was beautifully presented and good. The waitress was very attentive. The location is brilliant just off Fleet Street and a short walk to the Adelphi etc.

Everything! Location is perfect , not to far from central London but nice quiet area, reception was great seen to quickly, the water dispense is a great idea and was needed .Danielle on reception was so welcoming and friendly on our arrival. Room was spotless , bed was so comfortable!
