The place was very appealing to the eye. Good location in the heart of the city. Fair value for money. Staff were friendly enough.
The bed wasn't great for my back and neck. The pillows were very thick which props the head up to high for my liking. A much thinner pillow would have been welcome.

Fabulous location for our needs to access the West End and wonderful accommodation. Brilliant bathroom that made the stay all the better. Shame that I didn't make use of the gym which looked great.
Only note of let-down was the fact that I had to pay again for the room as it wasn't completed during reserving with Booking.com. Additionally I was then asked to complete a pre check-in which again asked for my card details (I neglected to do this as it was something I would naturally have completed when physically arriving at the venue).

The location is great for train access to Gatwick via Thames Link very easy access to Theatre land and Covent Garden. The staff are super efficient and friendly. We had an anniversary that we were celebrating so were upgraded and they even delivered a small decorated very nice chocolate cake to our room. This is about the 5th time we have stayed at the hotel it never disappoints. Our favourite aspect is the fact that once you enter the court yard its is like an oasis in busy London as it is so quiet and relaxing
the beds are normally fabulously comfortable but maybe the mattresses have been changed recently as the bed was a little harder than usual
