Very Good
Great location off Fleet Street, close to the river and St Pauls, comfortable room, modern furnishings, really nice having bath and walk in shower. All in all very decent. Pricey, but competitive for this part of London.

Really good sized room and bathroom with comfy bed, quiet (inside and outside), nice bar area. Felt safe around there at night. Overall very pleased with the stay with some minor caveats.
We stayed at a weekend and were surprised how little was open around it in terms of independent shops and cafes, only some of the chain cafes were open. Also when we arrived, and when we spoke to the reception staff, there were a few times were they seemed distracted or not fully focussed even though it wasn’t busy. Only one lift was available as the other was undergoing maintenance. Quite expensive for one night.
