It’s a small niggle, but in a room with a bath, please provide a bar if soap: very difficult to reach wall hung products once submerged!

Excellent location away from the increasing hustle and bustle of London. Friendly and engaging staff. Very effective breakfast service. Reception well organised, friendly and efficient. Bedrooms kept well supplied and clean. Everything showed the exact way to run a four star modern hotel; customer-first service.

The location is great. The room was big enough.
What was missing were hangers. There are no hangers in the bathroom. No hangers in the entrance for your coats and jackets. despite the size of the room there are not amenities where to keep your belongings. The wardrobe is small.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. It's not often you find such great service, and everyone in our group (6 people) said the staff were outstanding. The hotel and rooms were lovely; clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Amenities were very good too, we loved the little touches like the slippers, dressing gown and rubber duck!
The only thing we thought could have been better was the temperature control in the rooms. The rooms were very warm and adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make any difference to the temperature.
