Excellent location. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Decent breakfast.
Room awkwardly furnished, but bed was comfortable. Overwarm duvet, requiring lowering air conditioning to sleep -- a bad environmental choice unfortunately on trend with too many hotels. No option to switch that out for a light blanket.

Friendly welcome, staff were very helpful from start to finish. Room (upgraded) was great with a spectacular view, no noise, very comfortable and extremely clean. Good location, walking distance to Covent Garden etc. Great selection of drinks at the bar and good selection at breakfast including gluten free bread. (You could consider having a pre-packed gluten free muffin or similar available at breakfast.)

Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. It had everything you might need - espresso maker, iron/board, robes/slippers, fridge, safe. Staff was wonderful. One of the best stays we've ever had in a hotel.
I just wish the location was better. Not a terrible location - just not close to the action. About a mile from the British museum, Royal Exchange/Leadenhall Market.

The location is great for the Courtauld Gallery, Somerset House, Stand theatres and Law Courts/Chambers.
The hotel's web site should explain that the pedestrian entrance is simply off Fleet Street, just east of the Aldwych.
