Excellent room - free upgrade and drink vouchers offered when they realised we were celebrating a wedding anniversary. The staff are quiet, friendly and efficient, and the public areas are clean and quiet. Rooms well equipped with high-quality fittings and sleek bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—it truly felt fresh and comfortable every day. The facilities were great and well kept, and housekeeping did an outstanding job, cleaning and organizing the room daily to a very high standard. A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even gave us the option to choose our room, and the one we selected turned out to be a fantastic choice. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!
The only thing that one should consider is that it takes about 5 minutes of woalking to get to the nearest Tube station. Eveything else is positive.

I liked everything. The location is brilliant - we were able to walk to the restaurant and theatre in the evening. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had continental breakfast which was very good.

The staff were excellent. Their extra efforts to support the London marathon runners were superb. We all received a special gift bag with marathon items (carbs, treats, protein bars, and even bath salts) with a personally written note. Just so lovely and I really appreciated that.
