I liked the breakfast and great service from the team there.
They said it would be noisy in room 223 but it was really loud each night - the noise from the street from local bars was super noisy. Also, the a/c kept turning off every few hours so if sweaty in the night. They also took my extra key card off me to save on electricity bills.

Great business class hotel. Had all the necessary facilities. Very comfortable to sleep: air conditioning and excellent soundproofing. Great location in the center and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.: )

Honestly, the whole experince couldn't have been better. The location was hard to beat and the breakfast was fantastic. I chose this hotel primarily because it was on the direct metro line from Heathrow airport and also 5 minute walk from the direct train to Stansted airport (both my flights were late in the evening, so this was important to me), but tit has quickly become my favorite place to stay in London. Would gladly book again!

Location was great, and the room was a size and had just what you needed for amenities. Breakfast was spot on.
Couple of things could do with some maintenance, and very poor housekeeping on the balcony. As had a coffee in the sun to make the most of it to discover an exact dirty chair print on the back of my shirt.

LOVED THE LOCATION!!!! While I explore the city and saw other hotels I considered, I was sooooo happy with my choice. Perfectly located so it’s central enough without being embedded in all the noise of the city. I also chose the upgrade option and I am super happy I did. Room was perfect and spacious, bathroom amazing! And it’s the first hotel I’ve stayed in in a minute where the AC was not trying to “unalive” me
1. The WiFi was quite crappy my first two days and I never got above 2 bars. I don’t know if it’s the location of the room, # of guests or what. This made casting to watch Netflix etc HELL. On my third day I had full bars and it was smooth sailing. But was a serious annoyance my first couple days.
2. No sports channel on TV!!!! Madness!! French open I had to stream online. You need at least one sports channel in that package!
3. Cushions desperately need to be washed. They look dirty and smell. And clean pillows occasionally too.
4. Tell housekeeping not to ask us to leave our room to clean it. That’s too presumptuous, especially after spending all day on the road. This was easily resolved by reception, but it needs to be understood by the cleaning staff, especially in bigger rooms where you literally won’t be in their way.
