Staff were amazing and went that bit extra. The free upgrade and prep of the room for my Wife's Birthday was amazing. Breakfast was really good, albeit expensive. Bed was super comfortable.

Our upgraded room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was in a good location and close to Liverpool Street station. The breakfast was cooked to order and was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who helped with all our requests. You can open windows and breath some fresh air which is cool. Squeaky clean, good light blocking curtains.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. There was a shower and a bath separately. The breakfast is really superb, you choose anything you want from the menu and they bring it to you. One thing to note: I was with 9 year old daughter and should have booked the breakfast during online check in, then it would have been 2 times cheaper for her :). Otherwise I asked to add breakfast at reception during my stay, so the price for her was the same as for adult. All the staff were very friendly so we really enjoyed our stay!

We were upgraded to a superior room on the top floor which was fabulous, beautiful spacious bathroom, huge bed and had all the facilities necessary. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and really delicious. A glass of Prosecco as a welcome drink was a nice touch.
