I loved how helpful staff were. For example, when I mentioned a small issue with my room, the person at reception thanked me for telling them, apologised for any inconvenience caused and said it was through feedback they could improve. On arrival, a colleague who was with me needed a private space for a call, and a member of the restaurant staff found a quiet place away from the bar area for them. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

We had an issue with our TV and the night staff. But the next day the morning staff couldn't have gone out of their way more to compensate
The night receptionist was unbelievably rude.
