Liked the hotel, very stylish, great location. Breakfast service was superb, great food
Upon arrival there was a constant noise above the room, it was coming from a ventilation system, I reported it to the reception. The noise did stop after several hours but no report as to why!

Beyond amazing location. So close to everything we wanted to do in London. We had an unexpected upgrade on arrival, to a deluxe king!! Absolutely wonderful! The staff were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We felt so welcomed. Breakfast was scrumptious! I can honestly say we’ve never stayed anywhere better. We WILL be back in 2026. When you stay somewhere so special, with exceptional staff and customer care, we’ve decided it’ll always be ‘our’ go to place. Can’t thank everyone enough!

I booked two rooms for myself and colleague (at the same time). I was staying two nights and my colleague only one night. I paid for both rooms with my colleagues room being slightly cheaper (£213 compared to £244). My colleague received a suit a I was provided with a Executive box room (very small)
