Comfortable, clean and friendly
Location was not good for tourist. The hotel is set in an office area and more suited for business men. We could not find many restaurants or bars around.

Wonderful
Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good location for us as we were attending a wedding nearby but slightly out of the way otherwise.
Lots of roadworks nearby so difficult to get a taxi/uber.

Comfy beds, good location. Quiet area of London and the bar was lovely. Staff amenable and helpful.
Nobody on reception when we arrived. Rooms very hot and plumbing was noisy. We had an accessible room which meant things were at a low height - not a huge issue but would’ve been nice to be offered an alternative.
