Met at reception by friendly smiling faces. Makes a big difference. Also offered a drink on arrival. Unfortunately did not get to use the hotel much as my wife fell ill at a function and we spent all night at Royal London Hospital. Your team did agree to a later check out the next day which was very welcome.
Room not the biggest and a bit close to lift area but was quiet when we were there.

Very spacious room. Extremely comfortable bed.
Well located for tube and to participate in and support the London marathon. Also it’s nice that it is off the main road so very quiet.
