Lovely quiet hotel in the heart of the city. Large but cosy room with a superb bathroom including a huge bath and shower. Super helpful staff who helped make our stay easier. Hotel is tucked away down a quiet road just off Moorgate. Would definitely recommend and we will use the hotel again as it was just what we were looking for.

The location was perfect for us. So clean and the bedrooms were a good size with very comfortable beds & linens.
The toilets downstairs were very low, like the height for children, felt like they ordered the wrong size!!!

We were upgraded 2 levels to a suite on arrival without asking! Massive bathroom with a BATH! All the staff we met were naturally nice and helpful and very polite. And the breakfast was excellent -there was an a la carte menu and you could just order off it (and we were told we could reorder!) Bathrobes,mini bar,coffee machine . All good
Difficult to complain after an upgrade! However I couldn’t find the keys to open the doors to the balcony! The only comment was that there were only 3 pods for the coffee machine. 4 would have been nice!
