Very comfortable rooms, had a great sleep. Close to Liverpool Street Station and Bank Underground station. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Complementary popcorn, water, diet coke and kit kits were a nice touch.
I got a series of stress-inducing emails (and a text message!) entitled "Time is running out". When I replied asking why time was running out, I was told they were automated emails to get people to check in online rather than at reception. I presume management want to cut staff numbers, and are trying to panic customers into not checking in at reception. Not a nice tactic, and an unnecessarily pushy way to bother customers before their stay.

The room is larger than we expected and was spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee and snack supplies were wonderful. The reception was very kind to take our request for late check out till 12:30 pm that allowed us to do the last minute shopping around the area. Location is perfect - 8/10 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station, Bank or Moorgate.

A well located hotel for the city in a quieter side street, so pretty calm at night. Very comfortable beds. Not the biggest rooms, but okay. Bathroom well finished and equipped with a particularly good shower. Polite and helpful staff and a very good breakfast if you elect to go for it. Expensive, but it is central London I suppose.

Everything was great. Gym is a little limited with more cardio machines than weight training but it can make do. Staff, room, quiet location all exceptional.
It’s slightly on the pricier side but given what you can pay for in London, it’s well worth the extra
