Very Poor
My partner and I paid around £200 for one night here. However when we arrived we had been put in a basement room (no windows and a dark room). This wasn’t advertised on the pictures as an option and we would never have paid that amount of money for a basement room. However they said the only option would be to pay £40 for an upgrade if we didn’t want a basement room. We did pay as paying £200 for a night in a basement room is ridiculous really. We also had a balcony included in the upgrade we paid for which we were told someone would come and unlock for us. No member of staff came to unlock it so we couldn’t open it during our stay. I never leave bad reviews but this was not a good experience.

We had a room with a retractable blind over the 'sunroof' which was lovely at sunrise. It was a disabled room, so plenty of space.
The people in the rooms above had a view directly down onto the bed, so unless you are exhibitionist, don't take this room! Lol

Excellent central location close to attractions and good transport links. Staff were welcoming, polite and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was a little stuffy and the windows wouldn't open. This was remedied promptly when reported to reception. The view over what seemed to be noisy generators was also disappointing.

Room was really comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and flexible. We appreciated being able to drop off our luggage earlier - before the room was available. However, the quietness was disrupted by a band playing in the vicinity outdoors on the Saturday evening. Really liked the location as we planned a water taxi to Greenwich and very close to one of the pier stations for it.
Little to complain about really. Thought it was really nice. Perhaps not as nice as the Apex hotel in Dundee that we had visited a couple of months ago.

Our room was located in first floor and the view could not be called a view - concrete and tile walls and a tiny glimpse of the sky.

We arrived early in the morning after a 17 hour flight. The staff were very accommodating and did their best to check us in early, while we sat in the comfortable lounge. The room we stayed in was on the sixth floor, large, quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Tower Hill tube station.
Dinner options in the area were limited with overcrowded pubs and mediocre food, however we had one very pleasant meal at the hotel itself.
