The location is the best thing about the hotel
The staff could not locate our booking, even though they sent a personalised confirmation email the day before. Staff not polite at all and in too much of a rush to try and rectify their own mistakes.
Tv in room did not work.
Although there were two mugs and kettles there were no tea bags/coffee sachet/milk to make a drink with!
AC worked intermittently.
Bad smell from drains (im assuming as it is a strong drain smell)

Excellent location, good-sized room. Bellboys were also really helpful.
Reception staff seemed a bit confused about some fairly basic requests.

Well situated hotel in the city of London close to all kinds of commutation. Welcoming staff.
Nice with refill of minibar everyday and complimentary wine hour in the evening.
Good selection of complimentary items, from travel chargers to foldable bicycles.
The complingerary wine hour in the evening offered a good selection of beverage and snacks. But the selection of snacks was not as good as it was in previous visits.

Super welcome at check in, great historical building, very comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom, awesome breakfast, fantastic location, great service from all the staff.

It’s located at super convenient location! The stay was very comfortable, I loved that there were many choices of complimentary drinks provided for hotel guests. Brompton bikes were available for use too!
Room is made up neatly and mostly clean but feels like vacuuming of carpets can improve.

Fantastic, stayed before but this time i had to check out early for a family emergency - the staff we're incredibly understanding and help speed out checkout and billing - thanks to all involved it was very much appreciated and a little unexpected
