This hotel is such value for money and was so accommodating. We brought our toddler along and were nervous, they made it so easy.
Mini bar is fully stocked for items you can use for free, dressing gown and slippers. Mini bed was set up for my toddler. When we asked for warm milk they delivered to the room free of charge despite us being happy to pay. The breakfast selection was one of the best around London. All the staff are so kind and do whatever they can to make your experience easy.

Location is terrific. The staff are low key, inviting and very friendly. We had an external issue where Flynn was extremely helpful to my wife and she was so grateful for his assistance.
The hotel has a great vibe and we'll definitely be back.

The hotel itself is fine. The room layout works well for a solo traveler with two kids, and the location near Liverpool Street is excellent for getting around.
BUT — I was in London for just one night with my children. I arrived relatively early (around 10 a.m.) and went straight to the hotel to drop off our luggage and check in. During the check-in process, I asked to pay the bill in advance to save time the next morning. Although the room wasn't ready, I was told I could collect the keys later.
After spending the day in the city, I returned to the hotel around 5 p.m. It took a good 5–7 minutes to get the key — not ideal, but understandable.
What was not acceptable was the checkout experience the next morning. Despite having already paid, the process took 20 minutes and was only resolved after I showed clear signs of impatience, which finally prompted the hostess to call a more experienced manager for help.
Really? Are we still at a Hyatt?
