Quiet room on fourth floor. Very comfortable bed and immaculate bathroom. Very nice communal area with attached bar. Good breakfast and attentive staff.

The hotel staff claim they are unable to issue an invoice for my stay because the prepayment was made through Booking.com After more than 30 days m, There has been absolutely no communication or response from the hotel. This is an extreme lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location right next to London Liverpool St station.
Old facilities. Carpet in room. Toilet leaking. Toilet pumping makes a lot of noise throughout the entire stack of rooms.

Bed was comfortable
Room was not worth the price, having stayed recently in London quite often it's over priced I paid £425 for the room on a Saturday evening. Looking at the room it should of been closer to £180. Tired, small, no room service, no alcohol mini bar etc
