Our room was very small for the price of £395, yet the other party in our booking, their room was huge. One other issue was lack of milk and English teabags. I did ask reception and the guy was helpful but could not find any tea bags.

Staff, not the most helpful - sat in reception with our young sone waiting for a while - not one mention there was a pool table round the back - everyone else got offered a drink and we didn’t - an alarm clock went off in hour room at 4.30, we had no idea what it was m, woke our young son up, all then awake from 4.30 - they didn’t seem too bothered in reception when I told them

Have stayed many times and really love the hotel
Room not same standard as Ive had before. We were on floor 1 and there was a party happening which is great but would have been better if not on a floor where we could clearly hear the party and had nor been pre warned by staff
