Location is excellent beside Liverpool St Station. Room was beautiful. Choice of 2 breakfast restaurants. Great range, plenty of choices of hot food and healthy options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.

This hotel is such value for money and was so accommodating. We brought our toddler along and were nervous, they made it so easy.
Mini bar is fully stocked for items you can use for free, dressing gown and slippers. Mini bed was set up for my toddler. When we asked for warm milk they delivered to the room free of charge despite us being happy to pay. The breakfast selection was one of the best around London. All the staff are so kind and do whatever they can to make your experience easy.

Location is terrific. The staff are low key, inviting and very friendly. We had an external issue where Flynn was extremely helpful to my wife and she was so grateful for his assistance.
The hotel has a great vibe and we'll definitely be back.
