Staff were very good - friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and everywhere was clean and modern.
The only downsides were the poor WiFi and the size of the room / bathroom which were very small. We had a deluxe room and I dread to think what a standard room was like.

The hotel was nicely decorated
The room was a little small. There was no early check in unless you paid for it. I appreciate if you want to get in hours early. But, half and hour and the room is ready, why not just let us in?

Upgraded room was an unexpected delight, very clean and comfortable. "Yug" at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Very clean throughout. Location is great with Euston Station really close by so very convenient.
Wasn't impressed with being charged £29 for a single shot of Balvenie whisky in the Hotel bar.

Location is ok, 15 minute walk to train stations Beds are comfortable and the room was clean
Bathroom too small. Absolutely no place to put toiletries. Only one hand towel was provided instead of 2.

Exceptional
I stayed many times at this hotel and this is the first time staying here since they have changed the hotel’s name to Club Memoir. The hotel was completely renovated and everything was excellent - from room to breakfast. Even no need to mention about location - less than 10 mins walk away from King’s Cross. Staff members were very friendly and kind. Highly recommended.
