Wonderful
Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Megan in particular was very helpful and such a warm welcoming arrival from her. She is a super star. The breakfast was fabulous and the quality of the furniture was exceptional, it really was a very special property. Highly recommended.
We wish they would accept small dogs.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Well equipped room. When I arrived there were fresh fruits and chocolates available in the room. Extremely kind staff, large fluffy bed and delicious breakfast. Really nothing to complain about!

The advance I paid, which I believe is not needed and has not been refunded yet. Also, the tip was added to the bill without my permission. There is clear financial exploitation.

The people were amazing and made our stay wonderful. The breakfasts we had were very good and was a great way to start our days. The bed was super comfortable and the room was large. We really enjoyed the garden room as a place for us to unwind with our friends in the evenings before heading up to bed.

We will be back again and again. We have been to London many times in the last 30 years and have stayed in many South Kensington hotels. The Adria is by far the best.
The facilities are gorgeous. The staff are you g but very eager yo help a d skilled at service.

Breakfast good, location 15 min walk to Harrods, the room okay but the sofa was not that clean & we have bugs in the room, we told the reception & they spared some medicine but after 1 day the bugs still there.

Love the privacy and very friendly staff .room size is very convenient and location.breakfast is amazing!!
The rooms need deep cleaning ,and pest control there was bug problem in my room the hotel team was very helpful and treated the problem immediately but it didnt help.a deep cleaning and treatment needs to be done .

The staff and their response is excellent. They really are professional and willing to help the guests. In particular Veska (from Finland) was very helpful. We had issues in the bathroom and he immediately worked to find a solution. The location of the place is great and connected by tube well.
The standard rooms are very small. The bathrooms do need to be looked at, as the walk-in showers flood out and the temperature of the shower is hard to manage.
