The facility, including our room, was absolutely beautiful. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and we enjoyed using the spaces to relax.
Everything was wonderful. We had zero complaints or concerns.

Staff were incredible, they were accommodating and on top of it. I loved that it felt very secure and safe for my solo travels! Welcomed me with tea after traveling!
I am a light sleeper, I wasn’t used to hearing the train beneath me but aside from that everything was great!

Outstanding hotel. Excellent service. Delicious food! Perfect location for our needs. I just cannot fault it at all. Dominik and his team exceeded everything for my autistic sons 8th Birthday. We lived a night of luxury and the attention to detail was fantastic. Thank you SO much for a beautiful stay.

Extremely warm welcome, even giving my little boy a teddy on arrival and welcome drinks. Very comfortable room. Fantastic location for exploring the museums.

It is more like a country manor than a hotel . Very centrally located 2 tube station very close by. The breakfast was excellent & the staff could not be more helpful.
