Very well appointed, comfortable and staff were very attentive. Breakfast cooked to order was also very good. Location to Albert Hall perfect.
There was a small tremor from the underground that may impact lower floor rooms.

I felt as if I was at the Mandarin … Room was fantastic and even designed as if I’m at the Mandarin… Good breakfast and well served…
Scratched toilet seat and troubles with bide plug . And of course I never bothered to look it up on the map , but it’s not minutes from Harrods, it’s a good 30 min walk . And internet was very slow - only good for texting. Good I’ve had my own UK 5g…

Staff was warm and friendly. The decor in the common rooms was beautiful. We had breakfast 2x during our stay and the food was excellent. Rooms are a very good size.
Anyone choosing this hotel should know that you have to ring in and out. They answer the door very quickly, but you do not have access via a key or key card. No bureaus to store your clothing but there were shelves. If you prefer a shower stall, vs. the bath/shower combo with 1/2 glass, make sure to request it. Underground runs beneath the hotel so you will hear the "rumbling" between around 7 a.m. until after 11 p.m. Was noticeable at first, but you get used to it.

Hotel was well kept, service stuff was very friendly and breakfast was fantastic.
Housekeeping should provide toothpaste daily as the tube is only good for 2 use.

The staff were very nice.
When I book a Deluxe King room I don’t want to be given the disabled room as has happened a number of times on this trip. When ordering breakfast I specified my poached eggs not be runny as I dislike the taste of the yolk and I said I would need them to be recooked if that happened. Sure enough as soon as I cut into the eggs the yolks ran everywhere and I had to wait while they were recooked. They ended up like hard boiled eggs the next time. Not the best breakfast. The next morning to be safe I ordered an omelette and the same thing happened. Inside was just undercooked egg. I had to have it redone and wait again. Neither breakfast could be eaten at the same time as my husband.
