The hotel is perfectly located in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in London. Museums, Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace and Harods are within walking distance. The breakfast is a la cart, freshly made and delicious. The room was spacious and with old charm. However, clean and well equipped.
You should plan for slow mornings if you want to enjoy the breakfast.

It took us a while to find the right hotel for our first trip to London with a toddler. We were looking for somewhere that felt luxurious but still family-friendly, and this hotel ticked all the boxes. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating from the start. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready yet, and our little one had fallen asleep in the car. The team kindly reserved a private area so our toddler could nap undisturbed, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The hotel also partners with nearby restaurants, making meal time so much easier. We could order directly through reception, and they took care of everything, even setting up the table for us. It was such a relief to enjoy a casual meal with a toddler without feeling rushed or judged. We also asked for pepper sticks and fruit from the kitchen, and every request was met with genuine enthusiasm. While the hotel may not have a grand entrance or flashy décor like some larger chains, it more than makes up for it with exceptional, personalised service. It truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was the perfect size for us and our toddler. The price was reasonable and absolutely worth it. Overall, we felt completely at ease and well looked after throughout our stay, and we would definitely return in the future.

The location is excellent, and the room size is genuinely impressive for London. The breakfast menu and options were great, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom amenities were top-notch, and the interiors of the lobby and ground-floor spaces were beautifully designed.
The creaking from the floors and the corridors was quite noticeable, and I could clearly hear people walking from inside the room. In addition, while the staff were pleasant, the level of engagement and attentiveness especially during breakfast felt inconsistent and uneven across guests. The furniture and bathroom would also benefit from some uplifting, as they appear a bit dated.

The staff and location to shops and amenitities is amazing. Lovely little hotel.
During the week the little school accross thestreet is a bit loud. Nothing you can do about it though and you get used to the tube train shaking the bed every few minutes!!

I was made to feel welcome as I walked through the door after walking a long way welcomed with a lovely pot of tea, there was a very professional member of staff that chatted to me, he was so welcoming, lovely and informative about the equine connection to the hotel having horses myself it was an asset to see photo's of horses, all this put me so much at ease, my room was beautiful and every little thing was covered. All in all it was the perfect experience !
