Nice big apartment in a great location.
Minor issues
- the grout and sealant in the bath/shower was poorly applied and not in keeping with the rest of the decor.
- the towels are rather small. Proper bath sheets would be nice.
- the wifi speed was really slow. Used 5G on my phone as it was so much quicker.

Breakfast was not available at this site. The location was excellent. It is a few minutes walk to Hyde Park Corner, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street and the Green Park Station.
The large windows had a storm window covering that did not securely lock. Everything else met or exceeded expectations.

Location is perfect, 10 mins walk to the palace and gardens, just a few mins to Hyde park. We loved the decor and comfort as well as safety and quietness. Front desk staff very helpful.
The sliding doors to the balcony are way too hard to move. They eventually do move with some weight behind it but this needs looking at. It is a bit pricey but central London generally is and it is difficult to get location, size and comfort all in one package for a reasonable price so you just bite the bullet. Front desk staff not overly knowledgeable about the area.

The apartment 104 was a bit rundown, especially the restroom, but usable and roomy overall. Location is great as its close to bus stations but the nearest tube station i.e. Green Park requires 5-7 min walk. Staff is attentive.

The position and spacious comfort and the friendly staff
The apartment was initially full of smoke despite being advertised as non smoking. With airing and air conditioning this cleared over the first day.
