* Great location - close to tube but so many restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Soho, Covent Garden are a 25 minute walk.
* Nice to have kitchen facilities (including tea, coffee and biscuits) and separate sitting room
* Staff are extremely helpful

Fantastic location!! Located among beautiful residences, restaurants. pubs, shops and local transportation. A classy neighborhood feel. Close to Buckingham Palace. Beautiful building and great staff.
A few minor signs of wear and tear. Nothing too significant.

Location is very good for the Royal Parks, the Palaces and Westminster. Tube 2 minute walk away.
No permanent air conditioning.
Choice of pillows was limited.

Spacious light filled and beautifully furnished apartment (ours was the Club 1BR) with a full length balcony. Super comfortable lounge complete with gas fire place and separate dining area. The kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine. Perfect location close to Green Park station surrounded by restaurants and cafes and supermarkets. In good weather (we had a beautiful 4 days) a lovely walk into the main attractions. Friendly, kind and accommodating hosts and housekeeper. We were put an an earlier train due to the Heathrow shutdown and they went out of their way to ensure our apartment was ready when we checked in an hour earlier that planned.
Nothing! Our accommodation of choice when we next visit London.
