Very Poor
A lit candle on our table in the hotel lounge damaged my new Bottega Veneta python bag. I had moved the candle away myself, but a member of staff put it back next to my bag. When we asked for a stool for the bag, we were told the hotel didn’t have one. We reported the damage to the bartender straight away, but no incident report was made. When I raised it with the duty manager at checkout, she suggested it was my fault. I’m still waiting for a proper response.
Great location, but a damaged bag and a disappointing response from management.

The hotel has thought of everything, down to the hot water bottle in my bed because it was a cold evening. Exquisite !

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel 41. Our room was charmy and spotlessly cleaned every day. The housekeeping team even folded our clothes neatly, a lovely touch you rarely experience. The service is outstanding. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always patient and smiling, even when we asked for things again and again. You can tell this hotel is run with real passion: original, personal, and in a perfect location. A special thank you also goes to the doorman of the neighbouring hotel. He was extremely courteous and a true character, and he made our stay even more memorable. We would love to come back. Highly recommended!
Nothing at all.

Wonderful location, tube nearby, within walking distance of most London Highlights and right opposite the Palace! Service was fabulous, staff incredible and our Anniversary was made special with special indulgences- fresh flowers, a delicious cake and treats. Breakfast was perfect and the snack bar was great for a small snack. We even had scones and tea one afternoon! We LOVED the fresh fruit in our room every day. A thoughtful touch. Everything was wonderful and we had a lovely stay. Thank you!
Our room had a slight musty smell but nothing else was amiss.
