Exceptional service and attention to details. I won’t spoiler these in order not to reveal all secrets to upcoming travellers ;) I was specifically surprised by preparing my room for sleep, amazing cleanliness, comfy bed and light controls. Location is great to explore Buckingham and close neighborhoods - Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia and enjoy amazing Victorian style on your walk. Hotel staff is really attentive to any request and ready to help you with transportation, lounge services and any information about London. Separate word should be said about hotel style - it’s a truly masterpiece!
I would adjust the quality of internet connection. Also, based on architectural specifics, the walls are quite thin and sometimes you can hear everything in corridor, but it’s obviously couldn’t spoil the perception.

Staff were friendly, professional and so attentive. The hotel has a fantastic location and is beautifully presented. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of options and delicious! I cannot fault the staff or the hotel, all excellent and the additional touches; welcome glass of champagne and the pantry in the lounge were a wonderful addition.

Service was exceptional. I arrived early and the staff pulled out all the stops to get my room ready early. Bedroom was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I lived the plunder the pantry concept and used this each night. Lovely personal turn down service. There’s good reason this hotel receives such good reviews. Every member of staff went above and beyond. I hope to be back soon. Just 5 minutes walk from Victoria station and the walk in past Buckingham palace to Westminster is stunning and takes only about 15 minutes.
