Fabulous old English charm with the feeling of a club more than a hotel. Great location near Buckingham Palace if you’re interested in sightseeing. Staff were very attentive
There was an ongoing hum in my room due to a rattling pipe that was unable to be resolved during the night, leading to little sleep on the last night of my stay. Once fixed, this won’t be an issue for future guests. Also, drinks are an extra charge in the executive club during the evening canapés. This was a bit of a surprise as it hasn’t been my experience at other hotels

It was a fabulous experience me and my partner enjoyed the time they’re very much they pay attention to the littlest stuff you have during the day you.
The only problem we had was with the drain, but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

recently stayed at Hotel 41 in London, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel was spotlessly clean—every corner felt impeccably maintained, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were truly outstanding: warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make every minute special, creating a personalized and memorable stay. Hotel 41 is a rare gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
I loved how perfectly located the property was—within easy walking distance of many major tourist attractions, and right across the street from Buckingham Palace. Whenever I needed a taxi, the staff arranged one immediately, and their level of service truly felt like being waited on hand and foot. The breakfast was absolutely out-of-this-world delicious, the perfect start to each day. Overall, the combination of exceptional service, unbeatable location, and incredible food made the stay unforgettable.

It is really the staff that push this hotel above all others. The level of service is exceptional and it amazes me each time I visit, just how excellent the service is. I really can't wait to go back!

Exceptional service and attention to details. I won’t spoiler these in order not to reveal all secrets to upcoming travellers ;) I was specifically surprised by preparing my room for sleep, amazing cleanliness, comfy bed and light controls.
Location is great to explore Buckingham and close neighborhoods - Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia and enjoy amazing Victorian style on your walk.
Hotel staff is really attentive to any request and ready to help you with transportation, lounge services and any information about London.
Separate word should be said about hotel style - it’s a truly masterpiece!
I would adjust the quality of internet connection.
Also, based on architectural specifics, the walls are quite thin and sometimes you can hear everything in corridor, but it’s obviously couldn’t spoil the perception.
