This time it is not really easy to state what I concretely like - EVERYTHING. The hotel is PERFECT for the stay in London and to have a chance to dive deep into the way it should be! Starting from Reception to the rest areas and Room itself!
Potentially it was not clear for me what is included into the room rate and in the very end I considered some parts of my stay should have been free, but those were not :)

The whole stay was excellent. The staff were amazing, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are luxurious with lots of amenities. I booked this as a treat after finishing the London marathon and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms were very comfortable, it was a real treat. Worth every penny, an absolutely delightful stay. Also, very much enjoyed the complimentary ice cream.
Everything was brilliant. Great staff, great rooms, great location.

Beautiful classic English styling. Exceptional service from the most friendly, attentive staff. The lounge is perfect to relax by on a winters day by the fire after a day of sightseeing

We loved how welcoming, how intrested and attentive and how lovely the team were. The turn down service (with additional goodies!) and how close it was to public transport all made for such a great experience in London. We cannot thank the team enough.

It was an amazing trip to the 41 hotel. The entire staff is lovely, helpful and responsive. The hotel is beautiful and really close to the key places for visiting. We will come back for sure.
