Good central location. Asked for a quiet room and it was (thank you!) for central London. Bed was comfy. Shower hot and towels fluffy. Had a packed visit so didn’t spend a lot of time there other than to sleep but would definitely go there again
Bit of a rabbit warren around the corridors and kept getting lost but other than that was great.

Upscale hotel welcoming drink and canapés beautiful lounge, convenient Tri Victoria station and many transport options like Oxford Tube and bus other services & lots of eateries. Very hospitable staff. Great heating/cooling.
Small room but adequate and typical for Europe and not any counter space in bathroom for toiletries.

Breakfast was great, Good options.. Staff extremely helpful. We went for my husbands birthday and they did so many little touches it was very kind. It is the top floor above Rubins hotel, so only 1 floor and an absolute gem. We will definitely be going back as location along with everything else excellent.
