I originally booked the Junior Suite to make sure my husband & I had ample space to move around in the room but we were given an upgrade to one of the Cadogan Suites. This Suite was a nice blend of the old and new and was quite spacious and in a quiet part of the hotel. The direct access to the main street from our Suite was an added bonus! The breakfast was great, my husband and I appreciated the ala carte menu which meant the food was prepared fresh and to our liking. AND the Afternoon Tea was perfection!!!
It is not so much a "not like" but the gym could have been bigger.

We took a signature suite which was 38sqm room enough for my husband to work from a desk by the window. Beds large with great bedding. Hans’ breakfasts were very good and staff professional. You can’t get a better location right next to the restaurants and shops of Pavillion Road, King’s Road and the tube. Concierge extremely helpful nothing too much trouble.
Bathroom needs a table or more shelving to store toiletries.

My whole stay at 11 Cadogan was saved by an outstanding, caring and high service staff. Ultimately I was moved to a junior suite after a bad check in experience with the original suite I booked. I will say that the staff goes above and beyond at this property and they deserve better from the property owners. The Chelsea Bar and Hans Grill are just lovely. The location to Pavilion Road and Sloane Square is ideal.
My stay started with the booking of the Sloane Suite booked as the largest most luxurious suite they have. The suite was dated, stuffy, dingy and not clean when I arrived. Once Manager Maria got involved, this was resolved and they put me in a clean and pretty newer Junior Suite 002 which had a private entrance from Pavilion Road…Maria bought flowers for me and a large bottle of champagne. They also fixed my bill (albeit with a bit of help from Booking.com). On my second day, Abdul stepped in and helped me book a massage and offered any help I needed about my stay. The concierge James was the most lovely man on earth with a wry British sense of humor, he booked me a nail appointment and was always checking in. The entire staff was always kind and caring even when I was upset. The property is very dated and needs a rehab. I have stayed before in a newer apartment in their separate building and had a great experience. I feel badly for the staff who has to make up for the issues with the dated carpets, decor and issues with main hotel rooms - they deserve the owners to intervene and make the investments into upgrading 11 Cadogan to return it to its former grandeur. With this location and this 5-star staff, this place could return to the 5-star property it deserves to be.
