The location cannot be beaten. The old meets new vibe of the hotel is quite nice as well, old world hospitality with new world amenities
I suppose because it’s an old building, you can hear pretty much everything outside your room but nothing AirPods cannot solve.

Beautiful building in excellent location. Large light room. Bed was excellent.
Staff were a bit unhelpful, gave us the impression we were a burden when we asked for something.

Location was perfect as we required to be in Chelsea. Handy for shops transport and tourist attractions. A very attractive area of London. Some really good restaurants nearby.
Some items require attention in the hotel. Kettle required replacement and the plug in the wash hand basin didn't function. Bathroom would benefit with a shelf for toilet bags.

Location, interior styling it feels very London, small boutique size
No full length mirror in room (we were in a Junior Suite), bathroom needs renovation as very tired, no vanity space in bathroom

The rooms were very cozy and the location was amazing, I love the area around Sloane Square.
Breakfast was generally okay but the french toast looked sad and unappetizing, I had a bite and left the rest. I asked for whipped cream to go with the maple syrup for the pancake and the server did not even understand what I was asking for. All the rest of the food was alright. I suppose because it is an old property, there is not much you can do with the noise/sound but I could hear every creak from outside and above my room, including the doors shutting close. I could also hear the voices of other guests before they enter their rooms. But if you've got AirPods then the noise canceling feature will do the job!

Breakfast was nice but service slow. Day manager was helpful and pleasant and tried to make amends. Room overlooking gardens ok but generally the hotel needs an update.
was given a minute room ( like a storage cupboard) curtains drawn and arrived late so did not complain . opened curtains am to see pipework ,noise , no light , inner works of hotel , could not open window due to noise lack of air , no light ,. Booked a last min reduced price room (normally 1500 for two nights) No way would anyone pay £750 to stay in this cupboard. The bathroom / wc opened directly onto the bed. Just appalling. Complained am. The duty day manager was helpful and moved us to a light room overlooking gardens ( seen in photos) The initial staff member just said "it's what you booked" very arrogant . My partner and I have stayed in many relays and chateau hotels, this was not up to standard. We were satisfied with the room for the second night but the hotel should be more accurate about the room with window to noisy aircon pipes etc. Also the hotel needs updating, eg, separate hot and cold water taps and exposed plumbing to wc . Just not up to the usual London standard. My partner went to pay the bill on departing and the hotel had already debited my account which was not the card we wanted to use. I told them on checking in that he would pay with his card on departure.
