Free off street parking right next to the room.

We could not operate the heat of the room. The shower head was not well fit. The TV remote didn't work. The sliding patio door didn't close. A cabinet door was not properly installed and pulled right off.

Facilities were pretty decent was handy that there was a kitchen and a couch and also tables and chairs

We were there for 4 nights the first two nights we woke up to a horrendous smell of substances being smoked (weed) it was so bad it woke us up at 3am both mornings and gave us really bad headaches we believe we should get a partial refund.

Location quietness, accessible by bus or walking distance from the city center. Comfy beds.

Old furniture and kitchen amenities. We also recommend refurbishment and renovation of the bath room.

Location

Dirty bathroom, hairs in the sink. Paper behind the chair in the room that would tell you furniture was not moved to clean the room. Very noisy with the room above us. Having to run around to get access to the property.

good location near restaurants and coffee shops and bus stops.

Saw a mouse in the room and staff did nothing when confronted about it the next day. They have yet to respond to my message about this.

Location

The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was no secondary light in the room as the table lamp had no bulb, so had to get out of bed to put light off. The room was very hot despite turning off radiators, the road was very noisy as no double glazing. Also we were woken by water pouring in from the ceiling above, even though it wasn't raining. The room was so hot it had dried by morning. We ended up leaving at 7am. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

It was a huge two bedroom suite with bathroom and kitchen. Wasn't expecting cleaners to tidy on day two. Nice surprise. Kitchen was well equipped with basics .

Very cold on arrival. Not disabled friendly. The front door access not wheelchair friendly. Toilet bowl extremely low for someone with mobility issues. Wash Basin was cracked with no plug.

We were asked to move our booking to the hotel as they were quiet and wanted to centre everyone on one building so we didn't stay in the suites (this was not a problem for us). The hotel was fine. The decor is a bit dated but the room was clean. Tea and coffee facilities were provided.

There was only one very thin pillow on the bed which was a bit uncomfortable.

really noisy old windows didn't cut out loud road noise shower had poor pressure single bed had old mattress that was so uncomfortable my son couldn't sleep on it plug socket hanging off the wall
