For the price, everything was perfect! The location is ideal, slept like a baby and the staff were very friendly.
The bathroom door in our room was extremely squeaky and the heater didn't work in the room. But still great value for money.

Location was perfect, 5 mins walk to Liverpool 1 and the docks. Plenty of places to eat and drink
Parking is a 5 min walk and an NCP although you get discount for hotel guests, £10.95 for 24hrs.

Excellent stay...Just be more transparant about the parking...I understood the parking was covered but still had to pay on exit as the parking is a discount on the overall price.

Great location. Quiet room clean bedding bed budget price for a budget room. Staff helpful
Basic. Windows glued shut. Bedroom door didn’t close tightly rm 111. No drink making facilities safe not working so please remove or fix

It was centrally located,clean and tidy
The bed was small, a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible with only 1 each and despite asking no additional pillows provided.

The location of the property was really good.
We had drainage issues, shower and sink would not drain. Bathroom was not the cleanest with hair or something stuck within the plug hole. The property was also difficult to get around, and the lift was unreliable. The bed wasn’t the best quality either.
