The location was perfect! Staff were lovely as soon as we walked in we were made to feel welcome. The whole place was immaculate. Great facilities ….. you can get hot drinks and down at reception.

City centre location and staff were helpful
Room was next to adjacent businesses and vents etc were running at all times. I understand that is not the hotels fault but it wasnt ideal.

Staff were friendly
Awkward to get to rooms, Only one electrical socket working in first room. We were moved happily enough, but our keys were cancelled while we were out and our booking amended to a different room which we never visited. There was no soap in any of the dispensers in the bathroom, the shower ran hot and cold, it took two minutes of running water to get warm water in the basin. No hand towels. For some bizarre reason, the plug was removed from the basin on o ty R second day. Bathroom much much smaller than most hotel bathrooms. Curtain was ripped.
