Wonderful
Nice hotel with all the amenities we needed. We had a large room and bathroom and our beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. They served a full hot breakfast buffet that was very nice.
No complaints other than we would not have felt safe walking around after evening. The location was our only concern but we felt fine during the day.

Good
Staff lovely, room clean and good size, great location
Breakfast both days was cold - they need better food warmers. Serving tea and coffee from a flask is unacceptable.

Very Good
The location was excellent, very central. The rooms were clean and comfortable
The late check-in and early checkout is a big drawback also the hotel do offer a bag minding service. Breakfast was poor, choice was very limited, with some items like eggs not available due to the fact we stayed on during a public holiday

Fair
Centrally located and close to train station
No air con and although very warm, didn’t want window open at night as very noisy. Provided fan but was also very noisy. Most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Could feel every spring. Am limited with food choices as many allergies. Eggs are one of the few foods I can have at breakfast. No eggs available. No bananas. I was told it was because it was Bank Holiday. Seriously disappointed as paid for breakfast & couldn’t eat anything other than my own food.

Poor
Location was good close to city centre & bars
Room was very basic, hallways were very dark & there was a very strong odour when you walked in.our bathroom wasn't cleaned properly still hair in the shower when we checked in. Staff were OK many of them doing a lot of jobs on bar one minute on reception the next so wait times were long. Defiantly not worth the prices they are charging for accommodation

Wonderful
Close to Liverpool Lime Street with plenty of restaurants bars. Short walk Liverpool one. Lovely Hotel warm welcoming staff. Very tidy very clean comfortable and relax stay.
Breakfast was lovely plenty of time to eat (7.30am 10.30 am) Beautiful Building with a modern twist with keeping in with the History of the building. We stayed in room 308 very specious on front side of Hotel. Occasionally some noise from Street outside but nothing disturb your stay. 100% recommend this Hotel.

The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Although our bed choice wasn't provided on check in, that was quickly rectified by a lovely, chatty member of staff. She even made the beds up to our preference. Our room was attractive and very clean, as was the bedding and towels. Breakfast was a good selection in a pleasant, attractive restaurant. Perfect location for us to explore the centre of Liverpool, within easy walking distance of the cathedrals, Walker Gallery, Albert Dock and Lime Street Station. Would stay there again.
There were no towel rails in the bathroom so towels had to be hung over the shower screen. We like to reuse our towels for ecological reasons, but fresh towels were provided every day. There was very little space for toiletries as no shelves were provided.
