Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great . Options for whatever you wanted to eat.
We had 2 single beds pushed together as a double without a mattress topper. Cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating but they didn’t have a mattress topper!!

Location great. Room had everything needed. Breakfast was great. The staff were lovely.
No chef on for the evening so couldn't have dinner, but not too much of a disappointment; the Sultan's Palace up the road provided a beautiful curry!

The location was great central and near to the train station, the room was very a good size with comfortable beds, bathroom was spacious and clean with a great shower, breakfast was very good

Bar was lovely, as were the staff
TV couldn't connect to Wifi despite it being "smart". Told the bartender couldn't make me a JD and coke because he wasn't spirit trained. Hairdryer stopped working halfway through usage.

The room was very spacious
The room was boiling hot with no AC, and the windows barely opened, which was quite frustrating. Also, I believe the bed was actually just two single beds pushed together—you could feel the gap between the mattresses, which made it uncomfortable.
