The location was great and the rooms was nice great value for money for a couple or group of friends would definitely be back

Wonderful
Ideally situated for city centre and easy walk from Lime Street Station.
Most tourist attractions are walkable, too.
Staff were very approachable and friendly. We had a couple of minor problems that were sorted straight away.
Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels.
As the hotel was quiet, the restaurant was not open in the evening, so disappointed as we had read good reviews about it.
Quite a trek to our room - booking an Accessible room we had expected it to be nearer the entrance/amenities of the hotel.There was nothing to hang wet towels on to dry after showering and the plug sockets were not all in the right places for drying hair infront of a mirror.

Rooms were very big with very comfortable beds
The ladies working in the restaurant at breakfast where amazing such lovely friendly people, please pass on our thanks and appreciation from her Welsh ladies
No cleaner entered our room for 3 nights, no replenishment of tea/coffee/milk or toilet roll for the duration of our stay

Wonderful
Beautiful reception, rooms all uniquely decorated. Added bonus of a huge bath AND a separate hot tub. Fantastic location right in the centre of town.
We had a brilliant stay and couldn’t fault it. Some of our friends who stayed in nearby rooms complained of noise in the morning from other guests but from our room we didn’t hear any.

No food or anything to drink until 3pm ,is ridiculous if I'm paying good money to stay in a hotel i expect to be able to buy a drink or some food at lunchtime , and the attitude of the saff was beyond reproach

It’s so close to the shopping area
One thing around 3am got woken up by someone shouting in the hall way but it is a party hotel so I guess that wasn’t too much of a surprise otherwise great stay
