Smelt of dirty drains in corridor. The carpets don’t even meet the grippers around edges, outdated decor, bed very uncomfortable and can literally hear everything in surrounding rooms!

I think u have such lovley down to earth staff exspecailly the manger who seen us in the lift and congrats us as we gor married on Saturday he gave us a drink on the house thought that was so nice and u have amazing staff in the morning for breakfast lovley down to earth ladys such a pleasure of meeting them really was they will go the extra mile to help anyone so
Firsty I would love to thank the 2x ladys who served me and my husband for our breakfasts the 2x times we stayed they was really down to earth helpful and happy was lovley to see they would go the extra mile to make ur morning time the best thank u to you both also a big shout out to the manager who gave me and my husband on the house drinks as we got married on Saturday was really thoughtful u should be proud of ur staff in there great team and u need to pay ur chef more he is one good cook WOW

Booked its last year and then again this year. Love that the rooms are really big, as we had a 2 year old and 4 year old and they had plenty of room to run around. Hotel is very central to everything too. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming as well as polite. Check in after a long journey was easy and smooth. The hotel and the apartment's were incredible, really can't complain about anything. We had the absolute best time.
