Great location. Staff were lovely, room was massive and beds comfortable
Towels didn’t get changed. Room was old and tired, not a luxurious as it first looked, definitely needs upgrading

It was absolutely disgusting
Honestly made me feel scruffy
Everything it was uncomfortable it was filthy dirty
The staff wer not at all helpful

I was treating 5 of my relatives for my 60th
I paid £345 at the desk
I think £50 each on top , to cover any damage is terrible that's £645 I had to pay
That's why I will not visit again
