Everything was outdated and falling apart
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the knobs on the tap were broken. The jacuzzi was very filthy and not fit for purpose

Rooms are fabulous
When we went for dinner the staff were very confrontation unfortunately. It led to us feeling extremely uncomfortable and putting a real dampener on what was supposed to be a very special evening and a very special stay!!!

Upon arrival the staff members were very accommodating and took our bags to mind until our 3 o’clock check in as we had landed very early. When they heard it was our friends birthday they upgraded us to the jungle suite and it was fabulous. The hotel had an amazing atmosphere and was located very centrally. The beds were extremely comfortable and the black out curtains were an amazing addition for a good nights sleep.

Far too much to write, bath was filthy, hairs on the bed, wallpaper on tatters, flooring in the bathroom ripped, the list can go on £260 for a night? Would be cheaper and cleaning staying in a travel lodge!

The decor was fabulous. LOVED it. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and very well equipped. Spa bath was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner (we arrived late, but the staff accommodated us, and the food was great). Parking was easy enough (though not paid through the app the hotel had advised). Wish the check out time was later, as we'd like to have stayed longer! Gorgeous hotel.
Hotel needs to update which app you need for parking. The room was lovely, but too hot - the air conditioning didn't work and so they had put in an electric fan, which wasn't very effective. We had asked for two beds instead of one. They were made up as two, but were put together as a double, so we had to move them to separate them ourselves. Otherwise no negatives.
