All of the above..the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see
We had to park in the parking place behind the hotel and across the street as we didn't have a cell phone!!! I'm sorry but I still think things shouldn't be set up so that cell phone wasn't the only option. The parking costs were huge!!!

garden of eden Room was very spacious, lovely comfy beds and a fantastic Jacuzzi bath. Also a shower room.
Staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly
We all felt the room could have done with a good deep clean and a coat of paint on skirting boards ect
Fronts and tops of wardrobes were very dusty which is a real shame as the furniture is very nice
No voils or blinds up at windows
Maybe thats personal preference
You also are not guaranteed the room you would like which is a shame
However we very lucky and got the one we wanted

Just the whole experience.. was fantastic... We where a party of 4... 2 adults 2 kids and the kids loved it... Especially the Jacuzzi bath.... The hotel is gorgeous and staff so lovely...
That there was no shower... And also when I lifted my bottle of water off the table in the room .. a set of false eyelashes was stuck to the bottom of it and they weren't ours as we don't use them...

No air conditioning as it didn’t work told if I wanted to move would be an extra £160 omg give a portable air conditioning unit that you put ice in melted every 20 minutes and if you needed more ice had to go to the bar . No phone in your room for contacting reception. Then my daughter had the same problem and was moved for no extra cost by a different staff member how do you work that out
No consideration even when told of health problems just wanted more money and I don’t consider it my fault air conditioning didn’t work. Was told by other staff it doesn’t work on level one the floor I was on

Location.
The building was tired and not very clean. The room was not as described on the website. One tiny window that didn’t open, a cheap roller blind that didn’t even block out the light.
Pillars in the middle of the room that blocked access to one side of the bed.
The bath was visibly dirty, the sink was cracked, handles missing off the furniture. To use the kettle you had to put it on the floor to get electricity. There were big cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and damp stains.
For £270 this was an absolute joke.
The roof top bar which is a selling point on the website was closed for a private function. Unable to access at all during our stay.

Disappointing
Rooms were quite large. Rooftop terrace looked nice and the rooms had nice decor.
Water temperature was very low almost to the point where the water felt cold and the pressure was quite low. Room service is only offered on certain days and restaurant is also only open on select days. THe room we had originally booked was no longer available when we arrived for check-in and while they were accommodating in trying to find an alternative, this was very disappointing.

The room was beautifully decorated, good facilities and great location.
The staff were brilliant especially at breakfast. They were professional, friendly and couldn't do more.
It was a lovely stay. We did ask to check in earlier (even for a fee) but this wasn't an option. We were offered a luggage room though which was helpful but not particularly useful after a full day of travel and celebrating a 40th birthday we wanted to freshen up before continuing.
Their was only two things that could have been improved. 1 - We found one false eyelash on the rug in the bedroom but the room itself was clean and tidy.
2 - when we ran a bath later there was a few bits floating that had come out of the jets, this could be because it hadn't been used in a while. It may help to run them through a little more often just in case.

Ok for going away with the lads but not for family
When we got out of the lift and entered the corridor the carpets were very dirty got me worried about how clean the room was going to be

Lovely breakfast although it was busy there was plenty of hot food to help yourself to
Nice comfy bed
Room had a nice vibe , although a little dated
The windows in our room were that dirty that you could hardly see though them
The room was very noisy from the outside bars and bus traffic , I mean very noisy ! the noise stopped at 11.30pm so there was no huge issue
The parking spaces in the basement were very small and tricky to get into
