The location
The fact they tried to give me a room without a double jacuzzi despite me paying £175 for it for the night. Didn't even apologise and tried to say they don't guarantee a jacuzzi despite the fact thats how they have advertised it on booking.com

Upon arrival the main lobby is lovely! Staff were kind and helpful. Our room had a nice layout and enough space for the 5 of us. Was a 10 min walk into city centre and lots of parking and corner shops close by
The room was dirty. Bedding and floors were ok but the vanity desk had food/dirt all over it i had to use a wetwipe to clean in. The bathroom needs a bit of tlc lots of stains on the floor. The children had a bath which was clean but after using the jets the grime that came out was awful

Location and restaurant staff were lovely and most reception staff
The rude girl on reception when checking in firstly over charged us when I questioned it she barely lifted her head up to speak to us. Very very rude. Furniture in reception area was broken and shabby
