I booked the room for my fiancé’s birthday who is a huge LFC fan. We took our 2 teenage kids. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and very clean. The jacuzzi bath tub was lovely welcome after long day spent shopping in the city centre. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent with the staff going out of their way to make sure every one was comfortable and had everything they needed. We will most definitely return very soon!
The only complaint we have is that the TV was positioned a little bit awkwardly. We could have also done with a fridge to keep our drinks cool.

The staff were nice.
Hotel is outdated and tacky. Might have been modern 30 years ago but the facilities are worn with use. Lots of hen do and stag dos needs a face lift! Not good value for money.

Only one loo for 9 of us I didn’t realise at the time of booking .
