Property was good but I have booked in for three people and I got one double bed and one single bed for three men’s I would rather have three single beds.

The room had pretty much everything you might need for a short stay.

great location near to concert square in the centre of liverpool - near to clubs and bars plus very friendly staff, good wifi & aircon and shower/bathroom
no window but this was made clear in booking

Location is fantastic
Place is spotless
Air con/ heater wasnt working,staff knew before hand & placed a heater in room.then gave us another 1 when we mentioned it.
Tv wasnt tuned in.
Cleaner banged on door telling us its 10:30 checkout when we had another night's stay.
