‏This hotel was absolutely awful. I’m honestly so angry and disappointed. The room was tiny and nothing like the photos. The smell was unbearable — it literally smelled like something dead, like a rat. As soon as I arrived, the smell was so bad that I asked to change rooms, but even the second room had the same disgusting odour. It’s clear that all the rooms are filthy and damp. ? ‏The bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was no window, no cleaning, and no air freshener. Even the charger socket was so far from the bed that I had to hold my phone while charging it, which was annoying and inconvenient. They don’t even have dim lights for sleeping, which made things worse. ‏When I went to reception to politely ask for a dim light because I have sensitivity and my eyes hurt, the lady was rude and sarcastic, saying, “One day you want to change rooms, another day you have an allergy?” She completely ignored my condition and made me feel disrespected. ?? ‏Also, one of the staff members knocked on my door very loudly — it startled me while I was sleeping. It was clear that he did this intentionally after I had commented that the hotel was poor, showing no respect for the fact that I was resting. This was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. ‏What shocked me even more was when the cleaner came in. She brought clean bedding and towels but placed them directly on the floor, then stepped onto the bed wearing her shoes while making it. I was honestly shocked — I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. Even if she meant no harm, this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially for someone working in cleaning. ‏For the high price I paid, the service and quality were terrible — absolutely not worth the money. I will never book this hotel again. The entire experience was awful from start to finish.

Price and location
Room was tiny, internet did not work. Rooms are underground and there is a very damp smell and environment. Extractor fan stayed on all night in bathroom, as did bright green emergency / sprinkler light. Pillows were like rocks. Member of staff was on a video call in reception with friends, no earplugs so I was subject to the entire conversation as I tried to take a work call myself in the lobby.

Room was clean, bed reasonably comfortable, shower worked well. Fairly convenient location, though a little hard to find the first time. Staff were friendly, good daily housekeeping service
Wifi was nearly useless, very slow at best, often didn't work at all, audio streaming or calls impossible. Rooms are in basement, so mobile service is limited, too. Room was cold, supplied electric space heater made room comfortable but not practical to run all night. Limited electrical outlets, hard to plug your phone in near the bed.

The room has no window (acceptable) but the fragrance is too strong. Mattress that is too soft to sleep properly in the middle, needed to sleep on the edge of bed all night.
