I loved the pod outlet , the hot chapter galaxy was my favourite , I even got extra milk and he next day ro make a second one , lovely double bed that fit me And my boyfriend and close to shops and food places
Nothing other than there not being a cafe there like it said on the booking but still provided snacks and drinks at a price

The staff were friendly and happy to help, and the rooms were somewhat clean.
There were 2 occasions when our room key stopped working, and we had to go to reception to get it sorted. The night of our stay, we were woken up multiple times by rowdy people banging on doors, and it was actually really scary. In the morning, there was a strong smell of bleach around the whole hotel. We left a night earlier than originally planned.

The staff are very friendly and help you with absolutely anything you need. The room is as cozy and as a couple it was perfect for us for just a couple of nights. The best thing was that it felt very clean, the rooms smelt clean , the bed sheets, towels and bins were changed during our stay. For the price we thought it was fantastic, we have paid 3x the price to stay in places before that were not as clean or helpful as this place
The only downsides were that the WiFi was temperamental due to our room being one of the furthest away - but every time it stopped working the staff were on it and it was fixed in a short time . Another point was that we could hear the couple next door on the Friday night , but during the week we had no noise issues whatsoever .
