Wonderful
Staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived around 1:30pm but the room was not ready; they looked after our bags and took them up to the room for us so that everything was so smooth when we returned after our activities.

The location was great. Staff were welcoming. The room was excellent great to have a fridge and mini kitchen. It was so lovely having a personalised card wishing me and my friend a lovely stay. We are going to come again next year. Xx

We only stayed for one night, arrived late and left early next morning. That's why i cannot give a full review of the hotel. What i can say is that the staff were amazlng. We arrived early before check-in time and they were lovely. We could leave our bags in the reception. When we later that night arrived again to check in, we were greated by the frienely staff again... and they had carried our bags to our room already. Very kind of them.

Was few stains on fitted sheet u know it was washed but could of been dumped instead of re used as not very nice ,so thank god wasn't winter slept on top of the duvet just Body hair on bathroom floor be better to mop first then give it a hoover after to lift hairs

Lovely comfortable room, spotlessly clean and charming staff - will definitely stay there again.
I wish the windows opened a little but that isn't really a problem, just a preference!

Everything. The staff were great, friendly, helpful, efficient . Everything about the hotel was great, clean well furnished, comfortable. We had a standard room with a huge bed and a "kitchen" area in the corner with fridge, kettle etc.. we were very impressed. We have already rebooted.
