Whole concept, quiet, clean, warm, good facilities, reception 24hr, kind cheerful staff, very helpful.
Never got the hang of the a/c needed some written instructions. Could have called reception but didn't want to bother anyone. Managed by switching it on for a bit till room was warm and then off to go to bed, so no problem really.

Great location. Room was very small and resembled a bougie monastic cell. Had everything I needed though.
Very thin duvet and aircon wasn’t working. Woke up in the night freezing and no spare blanket in the room. Also pillows were uncomfortable.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice room, very clean, central but quiet location.
The extra bed for third person was too short and not very comfortable.

I stay here a few times a year with my son when travelling and I love this hotel. It is clean and comfortable with everything you need. The reception is always very helpful and friendly and I feel safe and comfortable here. I know the city very well and the location is spot on if you want to be right in the centre of all the amenities. If they can you will get a upgrade if the hotel can accommodate.
