The staff were friendly and professional and the hotel had everything we needed.
The car park was very small and difficult to maneuver in. I would recommend that you check if there is a space available in it before turning off the main road into it.

A bit far out from Liverpool Centre, needs some investment in the rooms.

The room was very tired and dated. Shower was tempremental. Breakfast was not great.

Room facilities - only one pillow per person. The ads made the superior double room look so much nicer than it was

Friendly, helpful staff
We had to change rooms due to damages in the first room noticed on arrival. One plug was falling apart with exposed wires, the bedside lamp fitting was hanging off the wall and the the table had a broken strut. Once we'd pointed these faults out, another room was immediately made available to us but we felt that we should not have been given the first room as the hotel were aware of the problems

Spacious room, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast
Lot of mould on the shower curtains, the bed's leg was broken, so it wasn't really comfortable even to sit on it
