Staff were friendly
Windows in room didn't close (old style sash windows) and it was on a noisy road, cars all night long.
Bed was very hard.

A suburban hotel convenient for Liverpool. Comfortable but dated. Continental breakfast included.
Unfortunately the routes from Liverpool suffer from congestion.

Location and low cost.
Staff did address issues.
Breakfast not to my taste but clearly others enjoyed cold meats, tinned fruit, fresh tomatoes and cheese and cucumber.
No plug for the bath.

Pleasant staff. Good continental breakfast.
Got trapped in the lift and had to shout for help. The lift alarm did not seem to summon anyone.
The bed was soft and not comfortable. Only one pillow supplied.
Managed to fall down the first front door step inspite of the large notice. Wearing the wrong glasses.
This more a B&B than a hotel.

I was able to park off the road and it was free, it was clean.
It is very very tired. The upholstered furniture is thread bare, as are the carpets, the curtains are missing hooks, the blinds are broken, I had to ask to be moved from my first room on the ground floor as I couldnt shut the curtains properly and only one blind worked of three. The receptionist was very helpful. I ended up on the second floor, and as its an old building I felt vulnerable, and if there was an emergency there was no phone to call reception. The breakfast was very basic, I only had it once.

The staff were all extremely accommodating, clear and kind.
Sometimes, the water pressure in the shower would pulse, but this was of little issue.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices including a boiled egg, large selection of ham and cheeses. Fruit and cereal. Several choices of bread, croissants and more.
Parking. However if guests were to park a bit closer together, it would be easier to get a space.
