Clean, nice location, staff where brilliant and helpful.
Shower/toilet was little small, though the room would be bigger but it wasn't a problem. Also I think you need to put the front of the hotel on the picture of the booking.com as we was looking for the big building and was a bit surprised to see a little sign for the hotel.

Upon arrival, Steve was very helpful and couldn’t have done more for us. However the positives stopped there really. Once in the room we opened the windows and instantly noticed mould around the window frames. Then looked in the bathroom and the door handle was broken so we couldn’t close the bathroom door for privacy. Then once we went to shower, the temperature was either hot or extremely hot (both were impossible to stand under and shower as it was just scolding hot). Then to top it off, getting into bed we noticed blood stains on 2 out of the 4 bed duvets, not a good thing to see…
For £360 a night for this room, I feel way over charged for the experience we got. The main positive was the staff and the location of the hotel, that’s it. I would stay again and give them another chance to improve but all of the above should be addressed as a matter of urgency.

The place was very clean and modern deco and staff was very helpful. In a great location and great value for money, we were looking for something cheap for a night and this is perfect. Definitely would stay there again.
