Great location, rooms spacious, the kids loved the idea of the tv’s being smart ones. Also we asked for a second fan for the kids room as within minutes we had one delivered to the room.
Not really a complaint as such but it was a very warm day on our first day there even tho 2 fans were provided it was still very hot, maybe look into installing air con, but like I say not a complaint as such

We liked the little fridge in the room with cookies water and proper little milk carton for our cuppa. Also liked the proximity to the Empire Theatre husband just had a new knee and is still on crutches just a short walk down the hill.
Free parking with our stay was also a bonus
Nothing would gladly recommend and stay again. Might get the train next time it's next door to Lime St Station.

We were disappointed when we came back from our evening out 1030 ish that the bar was shut We had to purchase bottled beer and a can of coke No glasses As it was such a warm evening we were wanting to sit outside and chat for a little bit We would only have had maybe 1 more drink but we stuck at 1 and went up to our rooms

Wonderful
We had two adjoining rooms and they were able to open the door between them so that we didn't have to go out into the corridor everytime we needed to talk.
it was a little bit hot in the rooms, even with the fans that we had access to
