Lovely room .Nice to have water also milk in the fridge for our coffee/tea in our room plus lovely cookies.

The hotel was lovely, well situated and the staff were really lovely and helpful.
My only two slight critiques would be the bath doesn’t run away freely while showering and the train announcements can be heard quite loudly in the rooms and start early.

The location of the hotel to Lime Street Station was ideal. The room was on the second floor so was good because there was only one elevator working so not too far to climb. The breakfast was very good as were the staff in all areas of the hotel.
The hotel could do with a bit of modernisation. The price for the rooms were a bit steep.
