I accidentally left our passports along with some money at the hotel. The staff found them and kindly called to inform me. I returned to Liverpool the same day to collect them, and they kept everything safe until my arrival. I am truly grateful for their honesty and assistance.

My friend and I were in town for the derby. We needed to checkout before the game and the staff allowed us to leave our bags with them while were at the game.
Room was small but we knew that going in. Not really a dislike. The rooms are pretty bare bones but that's not a bad thing. A little bedside table would have been nice but it wasn't really an issue.

Very clean and tidy accommodation. Tea and coffee making facilities were welcome. Location was excellent for both Liverpool and Everton grounds.
For the money, the accommodation was perfectly adequate.

The location of the hotel is very good and helped when very young children could get back to our room following a late night game.
We Booked the hotel due to its location but finding out on arrival after 5 hours of driving that there was no parking was very disappointing. This should be made more obvious on the booking process as we wouldn't of booked this hotel.
