Disappointing
Shower didn’t work properly. Water went warm for 30 seconds then constantly changed between scolding hot and freezing cold.
Cannot fill kettle up in the room as it is too bulky to fit within the toilet sink for the tap.

Unfortunately we did not like our stay here. It was sold as a deluxe room. Leaking toilet. Screws all over the place and dirty carpets. I spent 20 mins adjust the door closers just so me and my wife could walk in and out safely.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, and in a great location to explore the city.
Some things in need of maintenance (e.g. broken shower rail, so the shower had to be hand held, and the bathroom sink was slow to drain). But overall, the room was comfortable had everything we needed.

Bed was large and pillows comfortable
Poor standard of facilities…. Bathroom had cracked tiles and an electric shower. The floor was freezing. The windows rattled and were draughty. There were large cobwebs in the corners of the room and the decor was very dated.

It was good enough. Nothing really to shout about. Self check-in was very straight forward.
It is dated and lacks love. There were iron marks on the carpets and the curtains were ripped. Everything just felt tired.

The location was excellent, it was clean and comfortable
The skylight window in our room was broken and didn't shut properly making it a cold room. There was no plug for the sink alongside this the sink did back up. We were in the attic room, the hand rails were all extremely loose on the top set of stairs

Fantastic location. 2 minutes walk to the cathedral and to Cains quarters. 10 minute walk to the shops and bars.
Don't believe what you see in the pictures. Stayed in room 3 which was huge and a very comfortable bed but thats it. Things are broken, plug sockets not working, freezing in the shower room with small heater above the door that kept tripping out, broken tiles on floor and not as clean as it could be.

No central heating, wifi information wasn’t in the room so it got missed in the hallway, didn’t meet any staff, no real service or cleaning, interior was tired generally

I am an editorial content creator , I was glad the rooms are as pictures if not better and Staff was the best Gorgeous Ann was so accommodating, reliable, understanding and caring. She is expectional and a good problem solver .
