Great location. Walking distance to shops, arenas, cafes and restaurants.
Good sized rooms with tea/coffee, a fan and windows that open.
The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful.
The free parking was a bonus.
The shower is quite small so it's hard to wash hair.

Great location for walking to the docks and city museums. Friendly staff and nice reception and restaurant
Room was tiny and have never seen a bathroom that small it was the size of a phone box and you couldn't even bend over in the tiniest shower

The location suited us fine.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
The bedroom, although tiny had everything we needed.
The bed was great, we got a good night's rest.
Breakfast was excellent, the chef cooked some vegan sausages for us, and we were set up for most of the day.
The free parking was an added bonus.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

Everything this is the best staff and hotel in Liverpool, it's like being with family , nothing is too much trouble , stayed here 3 times now and it never changes , the hotel is great and in a good location with free parking , the staff again after so few visits are like friends now it's such a wonderful atmosphere
