Location was good for a McDonald's breakfast . Comfort bed. Clean. Quiet. I would stay again. Parking was good. Thanks for looking after us.

Great location for Anfield, very friendly staff, bed was super comfy and linen was very good quality and clean, bathroom mirror was cool
You have to drive round a derelict building to find the hotel which in the dark is slightly scary, I was a lone female traveller and even on a Saturday on match day it was quiet, and had a smell that was half cleaning products and half fresh paint..the room had a really strong smell of paint, I was a little nervous and glad the room had a good lock..but it was very cheap and the staff were all lovely and it was very clean and comfortable, so for a last minute stay it was worth the money..

Great location for city centre friendly staff and big room, lovely grounds and facade.
Very tired room, stains on walls and ceiling, wonky cheap fittings and furnishings, lift broken. Didn't justify the cost.

The hotel is now closing for immigrants, I have used this hotel every year for over four years..
I was informed that the hotel would be closed to the public for 12 months..I found the room we stayed in wasn't up to the usual standards...
This time the bed was very lumpy and the coffee so hard as if it had been there a very long time...at £70 for the night I was very very disappointed.. unfortunately won't be staying again

The staff were very nice especially one couple who was so helpful , but unfortunately another staff member had a go at her for trying to help us get a taxi into Liverpool centre.
Bedroom was small ,had to ask for hairdryer but no mirror in room , cobwebs in bathroom,bed was that uncomfortable our back were hurting by morning ,unfortunately the lift was broke, it was busy but felt like they put us in a room used for storage and just quickly emptied it out to put us their, door didn't open so had to get that sorted which they did .

Breakfast was ok.
No hot water, bed was lumpy with spring popping up. Cobweb in bathroom,no table or drawers. No hairdryer, no lifts working in the morning.
