Our stay at Staybridge Suites Liverpool by IHG was wonderful. The room was spotless and felt like home, and the staff delighted us with a surprise anniversary card and Skittles. They also created a heart shape on the bed using towels and petals, which was a charming gesture.

On arrival we were met with a smile and a positive welcome. Our questions answered. The venue is a great location near the docks and accessible to places of interest.
Throughout our stay the staff we were given tips on where to go for meals and entertainment.
The self serve breakfast had a wide range of choice each stay and again staff on hand to support.
We enjoyed the Titanic exhibition and Music Museum. Had a great laugh and meal at our booked Scouse Christmas Carol. Plus meals out.
We would visit Staybridge Suites again in Liverpool and glad to know others are across the UK. Also IHG abroad.
The only thing you may want to consider is the parking. It was £24 per night at their venue.
We decided to use as other the parking available we would have to keep walking to as the weather was windy etc, plus I'm visually Impaired. It was the right decision for us.
However, Staybridge Suites fo give a small discount on the carpark nearby that is walking distance which is bigger than venue one.

We had a suite and it was very spacious and kept clean. Nice staff.
Carpets were bit stained but seems a normal wear. I was missing a sunny side up egg for breakfast selection every day?

everything, love the fact that you have an entire mini apartment to yourself. The kitchen with all appliances really are convenient for any moments you just want to take a break or just eat in private instead.
Breakfast is highly recommendable as well, the personnel during it were also very friendly and helpful.
And the hotel location is perfect when you are there for an event at the Convention center or M&S arena, and its easy to get by foot to either Liverpool one Bus station, or a little further to the trainstations.
The in-room-manual for the microwave/grill-oven could use some extra information, other than that I have nothing to dislike about my stay.

Love the breakfast ..the rooms are superb! Clean and comfortable. This is our fifth stay at the staybridge suites so I think that speaks for itself.
Car parking ..wish we could park there however there are plenty of other car parks on offer.

We were seeing a concert at the m&s arena and we walked out the back of the hotel and we were there.
Plus lots of bars restaurants mi utes walk from the hotel
Breakfast was a little light on staff, but like everywhere at the minute, hard to get staff.

The staff were all very good - friendly and helpful - even the cleaners were keen to say Good Morning with a smile. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with good hot choices. 24hr coffee machine was welcome too. Rooms were as described - clean with all facilities. Would definitely return.
The arrangements on arrival were confusing. I had to park the car on double yellow lines, enter the building and queue at reception, then park the car in the car park when I had a room key. Could you explain this better or have some waiting spaces?

nice receptionist, Michael, was so sweet & informative. our suite was beautiful, a corner w views of the ACC & Ferriswheel..loved the breakfast, tons of beautiful food, loved the bathroom. had cutest kitchen w coffee press, everything you need..pots pans, fridge..free laundry.
loved how spotless everything was. free laundry. our son slept in fold out couch so we could all share the space.we had a bedroom. just perfect for what we needed. very close to Albert Docks..although we walked all over Liverpool..
If you like to walk, it is a nice, quiet waterfront location from which to explore the vibrant, historic city of Liverpool..

The room was nicely laid out and felt spacious. The breakfast was good although at busy times it was difficult to find a spare table.
There was not a way to separate recyclable from non-recyclable rubbish in the room, and I think most guests would be happy to do this. The instructions for the microwave did not match the make and model of microwave in the room so I had to guess how to work it.
