The room was comfy
Reception is actuallynin another hotel. Long walk. When get there we realised the room was double booked ( probably double clicked as booking. com website is slow af. However staff wasn't helpful at all. Had to pay for both, no refund no vaucher. Complained, hotel and booking.com keep blaming each other and pointing fingers.

The staff at Beech Hotel (there were no staff at Sheil Suites) were friendly and very helpful. I had a problem with the door lock and the problem was sorted out immediately.
All the different codes to get into the room!! Though the bed was comfy, the rooms felt shabby and a little tired. The shower door was hanging on for dear life. No hair dryer.

Staff gave me a room already occupied by other people. Took them 45 minutes to fix it. This was at 11pm. Absolute shambles.

Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nice and modern but also like the old fashion style of the actual hotel and furnishings

It was clean.
No hot water or heating until the second day (had to shower in freezing water). No iron. Cheap thin mattress, cheap duvet and pillow. Only one working plug socket. Sink width smaller than my hand, with cold knob jammed against the wall. No space to put a single toiletry in the bathroom/toilet. Thin cheap toilet paper unpleasant to wipe with. Accommodation too far from the centre. The check-in is in a different building almost a mile down the road. Unfriendly and rude staff.
